Completely stupid bank with stupid logic for auth
If your bank account get suspended for an outdated address, you won't get any notification about that, you continue to use the application normally until you make a transfer, the transfer pass normally to the pending state, and stay there for few days and disappear, no notification for failed transaction, at the point that you think that they have a technical issue on their application, you call the support and they say we blocked your account because you're address is outdated.
app rarely works. There is always some technical issue and I am told to try again later with no error code or way to report an issue. It is practically useless if it cannot be relied upon when needed.

too many errors. Seriously. I just want to log into my bank right now and I CAN'T bc another error is popping up. Last time this happened I was out of town on vacation. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the photo Tan app got messed up, I ended up not being able to use my bank at all because I had to wait for my verification letter to arrive at home. I am sorry, I like the bank itself but as for the app, is a reliable way to log into my bank account too much to ask? Seriously.
Am I your employee, or am I buying a service from you? What kind of service is this? I waited for the problem to be solved with the new update, but it continues. Now that the problem continues, I have deleted app and taken the steps mentioned. I have tried everything, but nothing has worked. What more can I do? Why am I paying for your services? After the update took place in March, my app stopped working at the release stage. The app says 'Banking has Open the app again".wow you are horrible!
1980 konnte man mehr mit einer App. Wieso kann man Transaktionen nicht exportieren, als PDF, TXT, Word,Libreoffice,ODF ? Wieso kann ich den ganzen Monat nicht exportieren, oder das Jahr oder die letzten 5 Jahre ? Oder nach Empfänger und mehrere Jahre. Und für sowas will man immer mehr Kontogebühren. Vielleicht schiebe ich ab sofort mein ganzes Geld nach TradeRepublic oder einer anderen moderneren Bank.
Eine Bank die Kriminelle unterstützt. Mir wurden über 10.000 Euro von meinem Konto überwiesen als ich bewusstlos war. Der Betrag gezielt zerstückelt um unter der 10.000 Euro Grenze zu bleiben dazu noch nachts um 2:30AM. Die Commerzbank hat es abgelehnt mir den gestohlen Betrag zurück zu überweisen. Die Commerzbank ist in meinen Augen genauso so kriminell!
After the recent update I cannot access my account anymore! Other than direct phone call there's no way to contact the customer service.

Very Basic app. No transfer repeat. When logging out and leaving the app it opens again when i leave it too fast. Many other features from computer browser are missing. It is only good for doing quick transfers to the same account Edit: the above logging issue is fixed. New : when I get a push notification for an incoming transfer, I pick it, I log in to the app and no money is there :) I have to logout and login again and then I see it. Edit 2: it resets my notification settings every year
ich kann bis heute mit meinem Android Handy keine keine Screenshots aufnehmen und die Anzeige des aktuellen kontostandes hat in den letzten zwei Jahren zwei oder drei Mal völlig falsche Zahlen gezeigt
