This app used to be good, but since the new updated version it's just useless. I would have given zero. Rubbish. They promised to do something about it, but till now, it's still useless. Can't someone do something about this app? the app is just really useless.USELESS
The app crashes the Android OS (soft reboot after clicking login) or asks for KYC data confirmation every time since a recent update (5 confirmations from my side in the last 2 weeks). I wish Commerzbank offered a physical second factor because their mobile apps' quality is going downhill fast. Today the banking app crashed when logging in amd the phototan app lost its init data. I'm changing banks.

Die Commerzbank-App ist extrem frustrierend. Transaktionen werden oft viel zu spät angezeigt, Kontostände sind unklar, und man weiß nicht richtig, was vorgemerkt, gebucht oder bereits abgezogen ist. Im Vergleich zu N26 und Revolut wirkt die App veraltet und unzuverlässig. Ich wünschte, ich hätte das vor der Kontoeröffnung gewusst. Für eine große Bank ist das peinlich.

Completely stupid bank with stupid logic for auth
If your bank account get suspended for an outdated address, you won't get any notification about that, you continue to use the application normally until you make a transfer, the transfer pass normally to the pending state, and stay there for few days and disappear, no notification for failed transaction, at the point that you think that they have a technical issue on their application, you call the support and they say we blocked your account because you're address is outdated.
app rarely works. There is always some technical issue and I am told to try again later with no error code or way to report an issue. It is practically useless if it cannot be relied upon when needed.
I’m experiencing issues using the banking app on my iPad. I cannot properly scroll down within the app, which makes navigation difficult. Additionally, I’m unable to type the amount in the amount column when trying to make a transaction. This makes the app frustrating to use and needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

too many errors. Seriously. I just want to log into my bank right now and I CAN'T bc another error is popping up. Last time this happened I was out of town on vacation. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the photo Tan app got messed up, I ended up not being able to use my bank at all because I had to wait for my verification letter to arrive at home. I am sorry, I like the bank itself but as for the app, is a reliable way to log into my bank account too much to ask? Seriously.
