app keeps crashing after trying to log in with biometrics. just uninstalled and reinstalled, worked once with credentials but refuses to work with biometrics. i have xiaomi red note 8T and it also refuses to work correctly in dark mode, all white with shades you cannot read, why is that? don't tell me my Phone is too old better work on compatibility. unfortunately i cannot use another app bcs there is none. should i change it, it is up to you now! one star bcs i cannot use less.
If you want to get crazy mad, try to activate a new device through this misery of an app.
never understood why commerzbank doesn't have its own system through their app for anything and we have to use 2 apps to log in or ask permission. Take my 1 star for this problems you cause me and enjoy your useless developers.
Unfortunate decision by Commerzbank, to disable usage through GrapheneOS. I'm looking for a replacement bank ASAP.

Ohne Post keine Aktivierung möglich, Support juckt es nicht. Dann geh ich halt nicht zur Commerzbank.
Extremely Poor Experience. App is not detecting the photoTAN at all. There is no mechanism to manually enter the code. Commerzbank is living in the 18th century.
copy/paste for a password does not work
Seit dem letzten Update funktioniert die App unter GrapheneOS nicht mehr, weil das Handy fälschlicherweise als gerootet erkannt wird. EDIT: Laut der Antwort gibt es keine Pläne, GrapheneOS zu unterstützen. Die Entscheidung, das derzeit sicherste Betriebssystem für mobile Geräte auszuschließen, während gleichzeitig 5 Jahre alte Android Versionen ohne jegliche Sicherheits Updates weiterhin unterstützt werden, sagt viel über die Sicherheitsstandards der Bank aus.
Since version 15 the app is unable to scan the photoTAN image on my Xiaomi Redmi 6a (Android 9, MIUI Global 11.0.8). It just does nothing while the camera is pointed at the graphic. Even did a factory reset. Manually installed v12 which works. Fun fact: the activation letter didn't arrive after 3 weeks, contacted support, waited again for 2 weeks with no letter. Finally the support initiated another procedure and the letter arrived after 3 days. What a journey and what a joke of a company!
App worked completely fine, until suddenly it started refusing to work because my phone is "rooted". It isn't. It runs Graphene OS which is even mogę secure than the stock OS. Please fix.

the app was just saying "error, please try again later, instead of telling that it was disabled for unknown reasons. I have no idea what I am supposed to do with this app,even when I follow instructions,I have been told,by letter,that I will have no more internet banking if I cannot be successful with the app.
All of a sudden the app stopped working permanently. While trying to reinstall it, I was asked for a new activation letter, which (the old letter didn't work, app says it expired). In result, I effectively lost access to my bank account for an unknown period of time, as now I need to send a letter to the bank by post and wait for their letter (only to install the app, hoping it will start working afterwards).
App no longer working on my Samsung Galaxy - just crashes! Edited: reinstalled on the Galaxy and on a Huawei device. Only to find my TAN activation letter has expired... Please note that this whole process is a royal pain, and now another 4 days to wait for a new letter, helpful this is not. IT WAS WORKING FINE so WHY...???

APP startet nicht mehr, stürzt immer ab!
Funktioniert seit kurzem nicht mehr wie gewohnt. Mach dem Login im online Banking wird die photoTan-Push gesendet aber die App empfängt sie nicht mehr. Nach einiger Zeit kommt die Meldung es sei ein technischer Fehler aufgetreten. Das Scannen von photoTan-scan funktioniert weiterhin.

Despite a valid photo tan registered on the app, commerz magically delinked my device from my login. And it appears they cannot fix this. I am an overseas client and I have to wait weeks to receive a new qr via post. You can't go around breaking logins and hindering access to my own account. There should be valid fallbacks like an sms otp or some other means. Who uses post - which century are we in? Horrible service. Horrible bank.

The application is NOT working on my phone. It won't let me log in, just a blank page. I am SO beyond frustrated. I cannot even log into online banking without having activated the application, so I am at a complete loss.
The photoTAN app is not scanning. I have tried several times and you better have to find a good solution for your banking. Otherwise, customers will choose other banks. The the photoTAN app is completely a failure! It is safe but not for daily use, it is crashing all time. Not able to manage any transactions!

It keeps requiring activation. On android, I had to ask for activation code twice now because it doesn't recognise it anymore. The Commerzbank app says it has an unexpected error since 2 weeks and the phototan fails at every attempt. Latest updates are installed. Later edit: 18.06.2024 now it stops continuously on Android, I cannot even open it properly...

It's been 3 days that this app has been crashing nonstop.
The app is not scanning the activation graphics. The camera is not activated after pressing start. Though the app have the camera use permission. I am not able to active my account with this app. My worst experience in using app from google playstore.
