This is now a rubbish app! Twice now the rewards section of the app has failed to work. Last time I was told to reinstall the app. I did this again however now I'm not even able to sign in. if you try signing in with the 'magic link' you are put in a continuous cycle of trying to sign in. if you try signing in with your password, the app goes to sign you in and then immediately signs you out!!! I have emailed support and still waiting for assistance!

Update for me the app hasn't improved it has got worse! it's ok for getting quotes which I suppose is one of the main things, but I do not have access to the rewards. It keeps saying download the app,but I'm already in the app , then click on cafe Nero, it then says update the app!! I've cleared cache and memory, uninstalled and reinstalled nothing works. what is the point of an app if every time you click on something it takes you to a Web link, which incidentally still no access to rewards.
save my progress! I should be able just continue where I left off, utterly inept. the number of times the app crashed when nearly finishing a quote and having to start again is crazy. I clicked check your privacy settings and I couldn't get back to the quote. I don't have this time to waste on a buggy app.

Really not needed app. Just another piece of bloat. The terms and conditions can be viewed or agreed to but there is no deny or cancel button, even the back button doesn't work.
I'm on my second consecutive phone where I cannot sign into the app, presumably because I use Firefox browser

Used Meerkat for over a decade no problems. Got a quick quote recently and since then my email had been bombarded with spam so they clearly sold my email. Won't be using you again!

couldn't log in says,my password was wrong even though it wasn't so had to change it,then it wouldn't give me my renew quotes,just a screen saying it won't take long,so uninstall it and using go compare instead,don't have time for silly stupid and poor apps so your lost I'm afraid
I cannot load the app on my phone it states that it will be installed soon but it doesn't give me the choice of my phone even though it states that they have confirmed it is my phone I'm using

Login doesn't work, directs to a page that doesn't exist. Hard to rate something that doesn't function at all at better than zero.
When opening the app it tries to log me in, fails and then redirects me to the website login portal. what is the point of this app in this case? From what I can see, others are having similar issues. I have tried force stopping, clearing app cache and data then uninstalling and reinstalling but this does not resolve the issue. It's a shame really because I always use compare the market and I need car insurance today and would have used this service but now I'll try another instead.
Hopeless. I try to sign in, it opens my browser and takes me to a Not Found page on its website. Through that I go to the Rewards section in my account and then it tells me to download the app. Repeat ad nauseam, then uninstall and abandon any hope of claiming your rewards.

Not sure why but the app never gets past the login screen, instead going to a web page where a login to the account occurs from a password saved in Google. The app has no functionality, as then the only way to access anything is on the web page; and, of course, the rewards need the app so the web page directs you to install the app. Thus, a vicious and not very helpful circle. Uninstall and clearing cache/data makes no difference. Now working after advice re Chrome (see other reviews).

Finally had enough of trying to log in. Several emails back and forth, try this, that what's your phone, network etc etc. Just updated the app hoping it was Finally sorted, nope, still can't log in, app just flashes when I press to log on. Uninstalled.
as many are saying, you can't login to the app. you are directed to the main website, then asked to download the app on an endless cycle. useless at this point.
Turns on the screen for certain marketing notifications, even though my phone's 'Wake screen for notifications' setting is turned off. Please check with your developers to see if they are using an obtrusive/obnoxious marketing SDK
Was fine, until today. Now, as others have said, can no longer sign in to the app, so can't claim Rewards. Enter email, enter password, taken to screen that says I'm being logged off and back to the sign in screen. Endless loop. Yes, un/reinstalled. Yes, cleared cache. No, not an issue on the website - except you can't claim rewards from there. Useless at this point.
if could give 0 stars i would. app just closes every time log in now. contacted livechat support who are useless abd just say that need to default browser to come when its not the website its the app so nonsense and no help from them. wont use again
Does not let you log in on android, only way to claim your rewards are through the app...
Same error as many others. Try to sign into the app and it launches a web page that says not found. If you're expecting 50% off Dominos through the app, tough luck as you can't get into the app.
