Won't load! Quite irritating. have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone, cleared the cache, nothing is fixing it.

constant glitching
I cannot login for days, constantly saying verifying connection, have uninstalled and reinstalled. how do I fix?
All doesn't load, stuck on loading screen. Pixel 10 Pro. Recent update must've bricked it for some phones
needs a "dark mode"

Ive never had a smooth experience with this app Most things cant be fixed on phone ad constaantly having to get resets of passwords forrms arent saved that youve filled out numerouslu ive been trying for 4 hours to get School Dentist organisrd cant order photos nothing is easy to find I canttemail teachers they kep moving everything and tthe changes are never any good i wouldn call them updates that where id stick them Ive been trying to navigste this app for years and i still have nothin

worst user interface ever written
Useless app. Means teachers do less, click a button and no actual information is sent out. Makes parents follow up with the school due to lack of information provided. Would give 0 stars if it would let me.
Hard to find what you're looking for, and doesn't even have a search function - in 2026?
Extremely disappointed that since the last updates I can not see my children's classes. I have brought this up and nothing has changed. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, no change. I have restarted my phone, no change. I have contacted Compass and was told to use the website instead of the app. Weeks have gone past no changes. Everything worked fine before the update but now it is terrible. The website has more features than the app and works fine.
Not very compatible with older phones.
terrible overall experience
terrible app. especially the whole attendance shemozzle. if my child is marked absent yet they are actually in attendance I have to ring to point it out as the app has no option for contesting the status. Very much dislike this app

App not working again
Zero stars. A useless app, that doesn't even load. I reccommend an actual functionable app that opens up and allows students to check what classes they have on.
needs search functionality and for desktop and mobile apps to offer identical content. how stupid and inconvenient not to.
always says "oops, our teams are working on this issue"
When I try to search my students I get an error saying that the team is aware and are working to restore the service as soon as possible. I do not recommend this app until this error is fixed.
The most frustrating thing for a parent is using the app (android) is to write emails to teachers that you can only first communicate with via compass at my school. After a couple of sentences I can't scroll down to the end. I can't see what I'm typing. Because I'm frequently going in and out to edit I frequently hit the same back button to return to writing but it takes me instead out of the email Im writing back to the dashboard and there is no draft saving of the email. It disappears.

always failing to load, there is no consistency with this app which is hard when it is the sole reliance for a teens schooling who needs consistency.
email and push notifications come through about 2 hours after the initial post. this is frustrating as I'm lagging on critical information.
Chronicle notifications for this app come through two days after a teacher has submitted it including the text msg and email from the school. No point talking to your child about something they did wrong two days prior, he can't even remember what he had for breakfast that same day.

Unfortunately the Android version is not as polished as the IOS. Several screens there is truncated text not displayed correctly such as Chronicle/Entry. Half of the text is missing but the same entry IOS version appears correct. I've had 3 Android phones that have this issue so yet to see it appear correct on any Android phone yet. It's been an issue for a long time now.
I use this as a teacher. The app shuts down multiple times a day and despite regular updates, it doesn't work well. Student names and faces often don't match. Quite often, while creating an entry for a student, it shuts down.
Has many short comings! I've only been using for 10 minutes & its disappointing.When u view times table the whole screen does not scroll.U have 3 lines @ the bottom of the screen & only they scroll,you cannot see the whole day @once!There is no way to see a whole week timetable @once!That would be very handy.Especially if u could print&share it. This app could be great, but so far its disappointing but so close.Im expecting more short comings as I use it more:(
whenever I open the app it shows the loading screen but never actually lets me see my compass
