Technical issues kept me from being able to finish my preparation for the test. I tried to contact them 3x but never heard back. The app became unusable after about 20 days of using it. It was fully under premium status when it stopped working. I couldn't even do the free daily tests. Nothing worked, and no response. Don't bother giving them any of your money. They won't respond.

You only are allowed two daily quizzes a day which isn't much to study from and the rest of the features are locked behind a paywall which makes using this app for studying extremely limited. You might as well look up a majority of the terminology online and in other locations to study. Along with using things such as online guides made by credible users or other study guides.
The app glitches and just gives you the same quiz with no progress or updates
It seemed to have a free part of the program to see if you interested, but it doesn't work past day one. despite indicating that there is a daily reset and set amount of questions allowed each day.
the questions are good however after a certain number of days you can no longer do the daily quiz without paying. it doesn't say that anywhere on the app.
false free settings. let me do one, singular day and nothing more. it did constantly shove an ad for the paid version down my throat at every opportunity.
Deleted all my practice progress. I was 59% complete last night. woke up this morning and all my progress was gone. Have not heard back from support yet either. No, I did not click a button - I am very conscious about that type of stuff.
straight lies and practically theft, this app is not up to date in its info, that is not shared and will not be until you pay, DO NOT BE MISLEAD BY THE 2025 AND YOU DO NOT GET REFUNDED
my A+ test is 220-1202 not 1102 soooooook.
does not have up to date exam information for A+, only currently has 1101 and 1102, instead of 1201 and 1202, does not tell you this until you have already paid.
app freezes and won't load
it's only a bunch of multiple choice questions. If you need to learn the concepts, then go elsewhere. Plenty of free flashcards and practice exams online.

can't cancel my subscription. they are not letting me. that is not fair
I subscribed to help study for CySA+, There are a fair amount of good questions, but there are so many that they are giving you the answer in the question itself or in the relevant info that goes with it. Removing that info would make it a much better study tool. I also found that in questions where 1 of the answers was significantly longer than the other options, that was the correct answer almost always, making it easy to get those right. There is also a glitch where the screen jumps randomly.
Downloaded a while ago, tried once or twice, but sometime recently it was updated and now you can't do any questions at all without it saying "woah there, you've hit your daily limit" - So, the daily limit is zero? Why would anyone ever pay for an app if they can't verify the value of it beforehand?
two stars, questions were fine but once you hit the "daily limit" it doesnt reset at all and they tell you that you have to pay for more. I tried giving it a full two days just to make sure it wasn't me and nope! It still gives the me the "whoa there, quiz master!" message. 100% a scam, find a different app.
worked easily at first, then after I missed a day it didn't let me do any more daily quizzes saying I did mine for the day in the free version.
This could definitely be useful, but the daily question limit is busted. I haven't been able to answer any more questions since the first day. It's probably just an if/then loop issue.
Inconsistent information, sloppy term like entry layer, poor subnetting
Might be good. Hard to tell, after two days it always says I hit my daily question limit and wants me to pay, even if I haven't opened the app in a week to have done any questions. Gave up and uninstalled.
App was great until the update that erased all my progress.
1. I couldn't transfer the app to a different device which I paid for and it only works with internet connections. 2. Some of the text are cut off unable to read it question clearly. 3. I was in my 90 percent progress goal worth weeks of studying for Comptia Sec+ 701 then all of a sudden the progress reset by itself.
can get better apps for a lower price
i was beginning to see the qualities of the app and how it can prep me for the exam. I also really appreciate that the app is not ad driven. what I don't appreciate, is the fact that the app will notify me of the sale and I dismiss it. the app will then notify me again if the same sale ten minutes later and I have to swipe again. that's bothering me and for that fact, I'm uninstalling the app.
