I have had nothing but problems with the app. I can't log in, it brings me back to the same screen when I go to login and I can't access my account.

UPDATE 628/26 App keeps saying to update and it is updated. Still no 2FA and still just login to web then back to app. It's not an app, and the security is abysmal. No 2FA, no ability for notifications of access, etc. It opens to the web, and if you're not using a secure browser you are at risk. Seems poor judgement for information that should be secure and fully encrypted (which it isn't). The interface is not very friendly. I can do what I need to, but no logical sense to this app.
app will not let me add my bank, set up autopay, and is very slow and unresponsive
I can't add my bank account to pay my bill I put it in and press add account it lights up and then nothing it was working before
This app is absolutely broken. i have a new S25 and have cleared all caches, etc all the bs they say and it will not get past login. I'm beginning to think they do this to make it harder to pay on time. Rubbish.

cannot log in most every time I try.screen goes back to login screen over and over. if I cannot login,I won't be able to pay. It is in their best interest to make it easy to login and pay.

I could never just open the app , it keeps telling me I have the wrong password or username, every time I try to open it I have to change the password

This app is actually a huge disappointment. It's 2026 and people are still making apps like it's 2011. The "Purchase our credit protection" popup keeps coming up with every login, login is a 4-5 step process and MFA shouldn't take all of that. Payments that have processed and cleared should NOT take weeks to reflect in the available credit. Payment transfers are basically instant these days, but don't tell this institution, seems like their network works on dial up behind the scenes or something

don't get this card. comes with yearly fee which is stupid to begin with . and they wait for you to make ur monthly payment than take the interest fees the very next day on purpose so I won't be able to pay it all. once I pay mine throwing this card in the trash. these companies take advantage of people who are struggling and have them struggle more. hope the company goes down!
The app itself does not offer a good user experience but the company has horrible customer service and flexibility.

Don't get this card it not worth it it destroyed my credit and also when you make payment the don't release your credit for use until 10days later don't do it
Horrible customer service horrible app.... Wouldn't take payment, Blocked me out of my account from making a payment. then an agent took the payment over the phone and it still charged me late fee, Because the phone payment wouldn't go through for 3 days. False claims of debit card entered wrong, which it wasn't.
as I review the comments, this has been an issue since 2023, how is there STILL a login issue? I can't login to the app at all
there was an unauthorized transactions and they said was me and they never provided proof of that, I not recommended this card or creditor
this is not an app I think it might be a web based app because it opens up in chrome. it does not have the option to save your login information nor use biometrics.
after sending my $175 to pay the yearly fee I couldn't buy anything with the indigo card. do not get this credit card it's just Indian (india) scammers. they tried asking me info on my family that had 0 things to do with myself.

high interest rates, won't raise credit limits, even if you've been paying on time. from what I was told not an option try capital one instead

worst credit card company ever. They are always violating terms and agreements there are way better card companies for beginners.. if rebuilding or have no credit at all stay away from this if I could give a zero stars I would they lock you out of account every month then say sorry as a training prompt stay far away frim thus rip of scam company
you make one payment to something that they deem suspicious and they will lock your card down, nevermind you answered the text saying no it was not fraud. I just made a payment to. a 3rd party comapny indigo denied the payment I told them it wasn't fraud now I cant even but a stick of gum with the card!

the app works but doesn't allow biometric log in, or even remembering your user name, making inconvient to log in
credit card is rarely accepted. App doesn't want to work when your bill is due, almost like a trick. Predatory.
this app is very basic. its functional but would benefit from offering additional features like REMEMBER ME, BIOMETRIC LOGIN, REAL TIME ACCOUNT DETAILS among others. over all the experience with this company has been a series of difficulties, various problems and calls to customer service.
Its slow to take payment out of bank account and apply to card balance. so you can't shop with it. You can't see the pending transactions in your account. why does it take so long? no other card makes you wait almost 2 weeks to update the balance after you've paid. that's crazy as hell.
