after reading all the reviews I dont think im gonna activate my card when it arrives sounds like there are numerous issues with this card there is absolutely no reason it takes more than 3 days for payments to be posted especially when u have the money plan ridiculous then I read u can only make the one payment a month I am building my credit back up so I need to charge pay charge and pay sounds like this card is setting us up for the woe and that ridiculous interest rate thats why it's so high

been having issues logging in for days. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, I have restarted my phone multiple times, I haven't changed any security settings. Along with not reflecting my payments for days, I'm highly disappointed in how this app, and company operates.
This is a very frustrating and inconvenient company to use. I downloaded the app to try to create an account and had to call in twice to be told I couldn't create an account through the app, I had to do it through the website which I also had trouble doing because they were doing maintenance on it. I haven't even made my first payment yet and I already regret using this service.
logging in is terrible
Without a freaking doubt the absolute worst platform of it's kind. Can't manage my accounts because on this site every spot requires info are N/A all across the page. They even have my account marked "ACCOUNT CLOSSED" So go somewhere else....
Fees are a SCAM. $250 they charge you upfront !!!. Then when you cancel the account, they report you to credit bureau for unpaid fees for over $600 after adding more fees !!! Be warned ⚠️. It was extremely hard to cancel the account too.

The app literally just redirects you to a website. You have to input your username and password everytime. There's no face or fingerprint unlock, which would make it more efficient and easily accessible. This "app" is not user-friendly at all.
I get this card, activate it, go to use it to buy an $8 breakfast & it's declined. i call customer service, they say they just want to verify it's me...and then say i can use the card. Hours later i go to get gas...declined. i call, they tell me to answer a series of questions to verify it's me. I told them i don't want this card anymore, so I'm out the $125 they took for activation
when i got in the mail it read that i had $1,000 credit limit and when activate it said $250 credit limit like i got sucker, I'm trying to cancel 😞
Won't open just buffers
they hit you with a hidden fee $250 and cant use the card its a scam
I downloaded the app and it won't let me log in. I tried several times with no luck. I even uninstalled and tried again with no luck. I can't use this app. I'm very upset. Now I have to go through my browser instead just to log in to see my account info. Not a happy camper here.

If you can go elsewhere please do so, do not get this card, it is so horrible. Customer Support is useless. Interest a month is $ 20. Yearly is worse. I canceled my card today and went with Capitol One. There are no benefits with Indigo. You've been warned.

I'm super stoked about the cc benefits they offer however I'm tired of not being able to sign into their website... and my pmt is due so I've got to scramble to figure this out like ASAP!!

this company will ruin your credit read all reviews before thinking about this app. I have had nothing but problems with this company from the beginning I would recommend any credit cards that have nothing to do with this app and the company.
closed an account they owe me five dollars a normal non shady company would close my online access and send me a five dollar check in the mail .
useless and broken it takes you to a website to login. so you can't use you're password manager for face or touch ID. once you're in it doesn't tell you you're available credit and there's no way to view it. horrible card. login button doesn't work.

This app is garbage!! It's almost impossible to log in and payment posting takes several days, sometimes more than a week. It needs many improvements.
DO NOT get this card without understanding this first! They suck you in with a high credit amount but your payments are all subject to a random 14 day hold. Even they have no idea which payments might take that long to credit back to your account. Their customer support, including Account Management, have "no way of releasing the funds sooner." Beware! If you have anything planned, you will need to make any payments at least two weeks prior.
the app keeps glitch in out when im trying to make a payment and sending me back to the login screen.
you have to call in to lock or unlock your card and are not able to do so by app. Also there's no notifications for suspicious activity which is very suspicious.
My card just got restricted for 3 days because they cannot simply ask me my personal information like driver's license last for my social security My residential address information no they had to ask me some stupid questions about vehicles that I have owned and in one of the questions they asked me of one of three vehicles have I ever owned and not one of the vehicles they have asked me about I have ever owned or even own one from that maker so now I cannot use my card for 3 days
NO EMERGENCY NUMBER when your card gets stolen their customer service sucks DO NOT GET IF U WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT
I just updated the app. When I click on the 'manage account' button, the app is not allowing me access. I had no problem accessing it before the update, now I can't. Fix this bug please!

Absolutely a scam! If I could give this joke of a company negative I would.
stay away from this company. They will charge you the annual fee at the beginning without you activating the card. They insist on me FAXING a copy of my SDS & DL, so has a fax machine now days. Besides, I have another withtthwm I've been going back and forth with them even though my card was never activated, used, and closed per my request.
I dont know why or understand that before I receive the credit card, it comes with a bill of 250.00 UNUSED, NOT ACTIVATED. So, I get a charge and a bill UPFRONT without the possession or use of this card??? You can't make it make sense to me.
Horrible App! I haven't been able to check my credit cards balances & available credit, I'm in Jordan, & can't call the united states for customer service, even though I have WiFi service.
Signing in is A bug. need to fix!! Keeps rebooting to home sign in screen AGAIN after many tines loggin in correctly. holds up handling business. everytime you login you have to again at same screen. its stupid. and it logs out so fast for protection that it holds you up greatly.
UPDATE: Destiny card is backed by concora inc ...or close to it deleted my 1 star post ...still I would expect it say destiny card app but for now I will keep the card and see how it goes Update: they updated the app everyone it's still sucks looks like a highschool student made it.... destiny card is outragous in fees but if you need it it works
isn't working properly to log in. can't view card numbers even on the cards that I applied for specifically for that reason
scam company
This company is terrible. I set up auto pay via the app for 3 cards and received confirmations. The payments were never presented to my bank. The company refused to refund fees. I closed all 3 accounts. They continued to report late payments even though I was paying on time. They charged late fees for on time payments made in accordance with my agreements. They refunded half of them but maintained that I was late on my credit report. Do not use them!
hate when trying to login and it keeps making you login after you enter everything he loads back to login in take forever to get to your account
never ever make large payments. Only minimum or under 100 or they will hold the funds for 14 days every time
ur app sucks fix it or remove it
I made a payment monday, to pay off my card, which in the app, claims it would show same day. thursday, still nothing. no pending payments, no scheduled payments, nothing. so i redo it thinking it didnt go through. friday, both payments come through. draining my bank account. and the credit isnt available on the card either. so ive got $600+ somewhere. that i cant even use. and support said they couldn't do anything till it shows in available credit, even when my balance shows -650.
