Diese App ist eine absolute Enttäuschung und überhaupt nicht benutzerfreundlich. Ein Login in das eigene Konto gibt's nicht. Zudem lassen sich keinerlei Änderungen an Buchungen oder Daten über die App durchführen. Im aktuellen Zustand ist die Anwendung daher völlig nutzlos. Um Frust zu vermeiden, sollte man lieber direkt die Website nutzen.

I could not do any of the above. Nothing was able to be completed nor accomplished. Frustrating... and I am a very patient person, but nothing works for me when navigating this app.

My entire booking experience with Condor was bad. In some parts of the app it just opens a WebView and you need to login again. For a 6 year old app that's a disaster. The website cancelled my extra luggage randomly and adding it back on the app is a challenge. Can't see any reason to keep it. Utter rubbish, close, delete and forget.

The absolute worst airline experience of my entire life by far.
Unable to reset password from the app. You simply don't have the option. Unable to register from the app, simply says 'Registration failed'. And the app has been down all day. I don't understand why it's so hard to fix the app for once and forever.
This airline will repeatedly lie to you. First they say you can book additional baggage during the initial booking, which is a lie. Then they say you can add baggage later, which is a lie. Then they tell you you have to call to book additional baggage but provide broken phone numbers that do not connect. The only way to add baggage is to pay at the airport which I'm sure is going to be way more expensive. DO NOT FLY CONDOR, they will scam you.

AVOID If you have to choose between flying Condor or riding a scooter, choose the scooter. The worst customer support: no notifications, no explanation. They can simply remove you from a flight without any legal grounds, which is what happened to Us. And they haven't refunded your money for two months. They just keep asking the same questions over and over again.. Please Avoid 🙏

Terrible. booked on Expedia cannot add my flight and condor says it has no record of it. Do I have to drive to the airport to check if I have a reservation? Cannot even register for an account and no frequent flyer? How do I add baggage online and TSA information? Terrible.
Terrible app. Can't find it add my booking details. Utterly useless. It's even worse than their horrible website. What was the User Experience design team thinking???
thisapp is dumb. it does not let you log in. it does not show your bookings when you give the requested information (even though it works when inputing the info on the website?) waste of time. also very ugly, everything is just white.
It is so bad it is hilarious! 😂 For instance, to enter the birth date you need to click SEVERAL HUNDRED TIMES to change it from an arbitrary date filled in, and in the end it will still enter the wrong date. The data in the app doesn't agree with the data on the website (also very badly designed). For other functions, it goes in circles, but never gets you there. Clearly, Peter Gerber, president, has a wicked sense of humor, as it is way beyond incompetence. Hey Peter, let us in on your joke

Terrible! I downloaded it, I have my flight in September and bought the tickets in January. It won't find my booking, even though I can see everything on my laptop. You can't even log in with your user name.
terrible app, (terrible website, terrible service, terrible company at all). I dont think such apps (and companies) should exist at all.
App crashes, boarding passes cannot be added to google wallet. I have 20 boarding passes and the application crashes every single time I try viewing boarding passes. It would not be an issue if the boarding passes could be added to google or samsung wallet, but they cannot. Old passes cannot be removed.
Can't open easily or make it display nor can I navigate.

Does not work in a country with date order MM/DD/YYYY. Unable to locate booking, because date, when selected in calendar widget, is transferred incorrectly to input field, which can not be overwritten. Developers should test this app for all locales.

mhhh ja also meine Buchung konnte die App erst gar nicht finden. Wenn das also gehen würde, gibt's auch evtl mehr Sterne für die App - aber so tut sie leider nicht was sie tun soll.
Terrible App! Can't check-in using it. Gives an error "We can't find your booking. Please check your details and try again." But online check-in with the Condor official web site does find my booking and works! For my particular case, seems to be an app problem with new bookings. The app is delayed with retrieving booking information, and only works after several hours for new bookings.
it's not usable
User interface is terrible. I have accidentally booked the wrong flight because the screen only displays one flight and there's no indication you can scroll to others in the same day. I have called the customer service about this little mistake but the refund is only 10 euros. If you have booked a Marabu flight, the check in is also very annoying. You have to enter all the information two times because of bad IT Integration
Never want to have to download an app to access my flight info. This one didn't work. Neither their remote team, nor condor's staff at Calgary was particularly helpful during my trip.

es wird schlimmer und schlimmer. Es funktioniert einfach gar nichts mehr. Ich wollte einen Flug POP - FRA - POP buchen. Im Kalender erscheint nur Dienstag und Samstag als Flugtage. wollte einen Samstag im Juni auswählen, kommt natürlich die Nachricht, keine Flüge erhältlich. Da ich weiß, daß Condor Mittwoch und Sonntags von POP nach FRA fliegen, versuchte ich einen Sonntag zu wählen. wird aber nicht aktzeptiert. Selbst die Textbox, in die ich diese Bewertung schreibe, funktioniert nicht.
You can't find your booking, keep saying no booking found, but when done over the website, the booking is found! Really useless app, and the same issue is reported by everyone in the reviews, how come they didn't fix it?
You cannot check in from the app, in general the check in and booking process from the website and the app is by far the worst I ever see in my life and I am a frequent flyer. It makes you wonder if everything is OK with your flight. Cross fingers that I'm flying without an issue!

Can't check in
I uploaded it today and didn't check users reviews before doing it. It is really a useless app. I am shocked. You can't find your booking by your reservation number, it changes your DOB and it is impossible to put in the right one etc. I have used it for 40 minutes and deleted it. I have Alaska, American and TP portugal apps and no issues with those. What a shame, really.
