Very disappointing experience with the ConfirmTkt app. In IRCTC, the sleeper ticket fare was only ₹450. For this so-called protection, I had to pay extra money. My total payment became around ₹850 for a ₹450 ticket, even though the waiting list was already around WL 110. Very bad app. cancel karne ke baad paisa nahi mila mujhe. maine ticket cancel Kiya tha train ka wapas mujhe Paisa return nahi mila . thoda sa bhi nahi mila. dikhaya ki milega karke lekin mila hee nahi .. april ka hai and ab may agaya abtak paisa nahi mila mujhe wapas. what is this behaviour??? this is so unfair and unacceptable. please mera paisa wapas karo. aise karne se kaise hogaa ki cancel karne ke baad paisa nahi milraha karke??? I'm really very much disappointed. aise behave karne se

This is a good App for me to confirm ticket.
Refund process is very frustrating. Even after two weeks I'm not receive refund.

ConfirmTkt Travel Plan feels misleading. Refund coupons are not fully usable, and a lot of money gets lost through deductions and restrictions. Ex: ₹2000 refund coupon used for a ₹1500 ticket leaves ₹500 wasted. Even after rebooking and cancellation, full refund value is not returned. Note: Better to book directly through IRCTC and avoid extra losses. If Irct doesn't have tickets to be booked, ConfirmTkt doesn't arrange you a special train to reach your destination. Don't get be trapped.

what the... my ticket got cancelled but I haven't got any refund yet ... trust me one of the most fraud 3d party app and the customer service is too poor with worse service and when I click on support button... they are mentioning that it's not relevant for the concern

Very bad service, I booked two tickets, they cancelled both, and the refund I was supposed to receive hasn't arrived yet, and they've deducted it from that. They claim something else. They claim a fixed amount, but nothing else. It's all a fraud here.
Worried and Agent ,fraud app of irctc authorised. They make more charges when booking and when they cancelled the ticket gave back only a small amount of money . Shameless Indian Govt.

Full scam. features like full repayment on ticket cancellation will be preselected and it is kept hidden as much as possible. The irctc app is still the best. bad UI but it never does the scam.
This app is basically a scam. Trusting these people I booked a ticket and opted for 2x refund. but they donot give that money. they issue a coupon to claim. booked assuming that ticket will get confirmed through them and expecting 2x refund. instead lost money which I had actually paid them nor their customer service are able to help. will never suggest this application to anyone.
I booked a ticket for my father under their "3X Refund" offer. When the ticket didn't confirm, I only received a 2X refund: ₹470 in my bank and ₹470 as a coupon. This is a total scam and fake advertisement. To make it worse, the coupon expires in just 7 days. They expect regular passengers to behave like travel agents booking every day. Extremely disappointed with these "3rd class" terms and conditions. Do not trust the marketing; in fact don't use this app don't pay them extra for their offers
Worst experience, train got cancelled, they provided coupon inopted for flight now i am not getting the option where to apply coupon, they dont have customer support contact details i am struggling to book flight ticket and i have no idea how to reach thier customer support, they havent provided any details where we can reach.

Their food delivery partner and customer care services are all fraud. They will never response. My kid traveled without anything to eat and I lost money. fraudsters...
showing confirmed my ticket but then after reaching the coach i got to know in my seat others are seating and they are ahowing their tickets are also confirmed
