Ticket booked under 3X Refund, ticket+ Guarantee charge. total Rs 1090. Tickets were not confirmed, they said 690 ticket refund can be initiated within 7 days, but service charge of 400 will not refund even though the ticket is not confirmed. Reward points only 690 used for another booking, if that ticket get waitlisted and cancelled in that case what I understood I will not get any refund because that paid through rewards. In this case I lost 400 rs, without getting any 3X Refund, it is scam
Very disappointing experience with ConfirmTkt. I had a valid coupon, but due to an app error I couldn't apply it during booking. When I tried again, the coupon was marked as expired. This is unfair because the issue was caused by the app, not by me. Also, I booked under the 3X refund/return promise, but I have not received any refund amount. Customer support has not resolved my issue. I request the ConfirmTkt team to investigate this matter, restore my coupon, and process the same
this app feels like scam, i tried to book a ticket, and it was shown 3x refund if ticket is cancelled or not confirmed. but it been in waiting list and they deducted aprox 300 which isn't ok and ticket was auto canceled since it was in Ok . If we are booking from IRCTC, they refund full amount. there are no support system, chat support or anything where you can talk and complaint or try to understand the issue. this app is a scam.
alternate travel plan is totally waste feature of this application. only waste your money if you select this service
kisi ko agar murkh banane ka apps aaj tak dekhe hain to wo hai confirm Tkt App. Step by Step samjho kaise thagta hai.. 1.Ticket booking time 3X refund ensure- Reality 2X of basic fare, don't think 2X of total fare 2. If you cancel, Either claim coupon or take alternative charge, if u will claim coupon u will get coupon of 1X & claim with 7 days + Can't book for another person, if select for alternative price, you will get equal charge of normal booking I. e. no benefit 3. ispe fraud ka case..

very bad apps hai confirm karne ke liye Paisa leti Hai, fir bhi confirm nahin hota nahin hua to coupon deti Hai usko coupon se fir se book Kiya to fir se cancel Ho Gaya do bar ticket dalaya total Paisa Laga 3480/- do bar cancel hua, aur mere account mein credit hua- 2435/- confirm to hua nahin mera 1000 rupaye Chala Gaya 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I have booked tatkal ticket from this app , I have been asked for autopay instead of debiting amount for one time it was debited two times no help or refund completed , highly unsatisfied
