I was promised a reward of £20 + free drinks from Greggs but cannot sign in on the app to recieve them. What,s going on ?
Has random log in issues - try resetting a ridiculously long password in the Gregg's queue! It really needs sorting, I don't have this problem with the meerkats
app is just sending me round in circles. Having sent me a REMINDER to claim my REWARDS, the App constantly refuses to let me claim the REWARDS!!!

Allowed me to make a reward claim, but then a few days later just blocked me from being able to access rewards for "unusual activity". I have purchased an insurance policy and that's literally it... feels quite fishy.

constant errors when trying to load rewards
Although the app offers some really cool features and benefits, it lags a lot and the notifications tab is not working at all. It says click on settings to enable the notifications for reminders but nothing happens.
been looking at SIM deals for the past 1 year. only get three months half price then full price. which forest save much money works out the same if you buy direct from network provider. so how does this scam work on confused. recently had a deal with sky 1 GB of data and unlimited calls and text for £1.00 not even available on confused. CONFUSED ARE SCAMMERS BE AWARE!!!!
Limited retailers for gift card. Amazon and eBay should be options. Also don't want to have too download the app just for the gift card. Should be available on the web version.
Was working, a update!?! Were is it . Now nothing . Encouraged family members to buy , now can not even go in the app . Dissatisfied and disappointed
