It is very frustrating since I have to use this app for work and also have to do a hard copy of my hours because this app isn't working as it should. Don't see the point of it.

ive had the app yo work for a company about 3 weeks and it has only allowed me to open it once. it just loads constantly.
More often than not it "Cannot find your location" When it finally does. The load time is painfully long. Sometimes I have to restart the app to get the page to load. I'll go to tap a button and the page will shift causing me to tap the wrong button. I only have these problems with this app. I am connected to WIFI. I have 5G connection. I have precise location enabled. It's the app, not the user. I am required to use it for work otherwise I would delete it.
app sucks, bad interface. annoying timing with my clocking in and out, not a service issue as everyone else at my job has this experience. delete app please, caused far to much pain in the head to use

my work signed me up and ever since I put my number into the app a couple days ago, ive been getting 3 spam calls a day. Im cautious about what I sign up to so im sure its this app. Needs much better security.

The apps audible notifications hasn't worked in about six months. I have missed so many opportunities. I am hoping that our company with move to another platform.

Buggy interface, can't find United States in phone format search window when entering new user phone number. It shows other countries but not USa. I could still find US choice manually by scrolling down. Another annoying thing when new user enters date of hiring and it shows calendar starting from year 2000 and I can only scroll by month and it takes a full second to scroll. so to get to 2026 may take more than 5 minutes of constant scrolling, it doesn't let you enter it manually. Huh?
app was good, when i would clock out i could edit shift right then and there and update notes. cause me and most people i know never clock in and out at the exact minute they start work. now i cant edit it with the new update. it closes the shift instantly, now i have to go back into time clock, then timesheet, then find the day, then the shift, then the press edit. theres so many more steps. the app just got more complicated and more inefficient. whoever thought of that is a moron.
god I hate this app its so slow but my job requires it
when I go into the app I have to exit and try again as the blue symbol just rotates never had issues previously
Can't clock out. Anytime I lose service, the app freezes for the rest of the day.
