Terrible inaccurate slow and when I called to talk with someone they are really rude!
I am a resident in the state of Alabama and every time I download this app...IT DOESN'T WORK! Error messages keep saying, "input cannot be authenticated" and I know I'm putting in the correct information. Sham of an app!!!!
The most important app I can imagine next to my bank but it NEVER WORKS. How are we supposed to order new cards when lost/stolen. The one positive aspect... At least no one should be able to hack into my account if I can't even come close to getting in... ever.
This app isn't working properly more than half the time. It will tell you wrong password, try to change the password then type in a password you can't use; this password has been used. It's more a pain than it is worth. 🙄

this app is ridiculous, no matter where I am, I always get the "server error" whenever I try to sign in. if this is the main way to use our card then keep the app bug free. it's frustrating and holds up the line. update 2hrs later and still can't access my account and unfortunately I can't uninstall because I NEED IT!!

Colorado isn't an option??? I'm literally trying to get my card on the app and the guest question is your state And you'd think probably that all the states are in there, but you'd be wrong, I know I was!!! There is no Colorado therefore no reason for me to keep the app. So I'm disappointed!!!
considering its used for assistance with food, the app constantly goes down and you have no way to unlock your card when checking out. has happened to me numerous times.

Keeps telling me values can't be authenticated despite them being correct. Trash app Edit: One year later, this problem still exists. Still a trash app. the developers should be ashamed of themselves and find new jobs Edit again: still a trash app that is "unable to decrypt the data"

NEVER WORKS FOR ME!!! I tried to register, but then it says I already have an account. so when I try to log in it says my info is wrong. idk about this but it makes me mad.
9 times out of 10 this app just stops working I have a Galaxy s26 Ultra and for the first 3 months it was working perfectly then it wants me to change my password which is really stupid because if I'm not requesting it then I don't need to change however I go to create a new password it says something about an exception and it will not allow me to create a new account or change my password so I am completely locked out of this useless pointless app
it's awful! I can't even check my balance! it won't even let me.
Devs need to delete mandatory password changes or fix new password acceptance. My experience is like talking to a room filled with politicians.

password reset almost daily for incorrect password even though I just changed it. incorrect username even though that's been the same since day 1
can't get into my account to lock or unlock my card
ever since the new update, I can not log in. it says something about decryption services etc.. as someone who has dealt with multiple fraudulent charges on my card from random states within hours of even just receiving the benefits, and the government not helping refund when proven to be fraud, this is important and should work. the online process takes forever. and if you're like me, i wait til I'm checking out to unlock my card and immediately locking after.
this app sucks just as bad as the propel app
I recently had my benefits hacked and downloaded this app so I could lock my card when not in use...however..it would NOT allow me to unlock it after filling up a grocery cart and placing the items I WANTED to buy on the register belt. Not only was it beyond embarassing...a whole week later and I STILL can NOT utilize my benefits because the card will NOT unlock. Im very disappointed and it has put a very BIG damper on things in the household because money is tight and I rely on these benefits.

Zero stars! "THERE IS AN ERROR WHEN DECRYPTING THE DATA." Why does it keep saying this?! I've tried logging in many times... THE SAME BOX POPS UP!!!!! I was forced to install this app due to implementation and government compliance. My EBT card quit working on Amazon without any notifications. Upon researching my issue I discovered this app was connected to all Mississippi SNAP EBT programs recipients and when installed default security settings locked card usage for online transactions. The only way to unlock your card is through this app.

I'm mad about this app right now, it got me locked out of my account and Im having trouble finding support for this app and the info there in. after months, and a trip to DHS I finally got someone on the phone that could help me fix an error I was having with the app. It was a login error...
