When I setup automation on my dishwasher, smart dry is not available, but available when I manual start from the app. Hope they fix on next update.
The update has affectively rendered my brand new Party Thunder useless as it will no longer connect or recognise the speaker. I cannot use the eq, the sound effects or manage inputs..

Unable to create account with personal email address
can't create an account with email/password. Been like this since I installed it in December

start to register an account to link to my washing machine, agree to all the three sets of terms and conditions but after the NEXT button function doesn't work.

Recent update is not showing all the rpm options for mixed cycle on my washing machine i.e. can't select 600rpm for mixed cycle only 1400 and 1200 rpm options. Never had a problem before this update. I still can select on the washing machine.

no support. wheb you're finally through the AI junk support, issues cannot be reported due to an unexpected error. the issue is due to the app messing up a firmware update, and then also messing up reporting their mess up. piece of junk app
bought a sound system, it said download this app in the manual, downloaded but it can't find my device on Bluetooth to connect with it.
Not impressed in the slightest. While only one device out of 4 is wi-fi enabled i at least expected it to have instruction manuals as part of its functionality. The rest seems to be virtue signalling waffle. What a waste of time.

Won't connect to the cloud. Point blank won't connect. The only device that has a problem. This is one of the reasons I bought the Hi8 oven.. Very Disappointed
Spyware. Requires fine location permission to connect device on Android 15, which is not needed. Apparently the app is attempting to determine the exact physical location of devices for other, undisclosed reasons. Looks like it got booted from Apple App Store, I suspect I know why.
Useless app, complains that it dosent have permission to access Bluetooth to connect to a device, but has no option to allow Bluetooth permissions. Scanning the qr code, also fails. Did I only install this app so you could collect and sell my data? Because it dosent do anything it's supposed to do.
get to the legal requirements page where you need to agree to 3 separate terms and conditions but cant continue past that part of the sign up

I have Hisense AC unit for 2 years, controlled by app.The app is always updating and causing logout.Now I am even unable to login at all.I will never buy anything from Hisense again! Terrible

Read the EULA on this app, they collect pictures of my food?? This app harvests too much of my data and information for me to use it comfortably. I just wanted to turn on my heater before I get home from work and now they are taking time lapse photos from inside my refrigerator.... Talk about creepy. lots of other strange things they collect information about as well. I think I'll pass on that l, thanks. I'll find a competitor's app with less data and information harvesting.

I’m shocked at how poorly designed this app is. I purchased an expensive Hisense refrigerator with a built-in display so I could store and access my own recipes while cooking.Unfortunately, the app doesn’t even offer a basic option to add personal recipes or maintain a simple, organized list that you can access easily at any time.Instead, it’s filled with unnecessary features like “AI dish designer” while completely missing simple, practical functions users actually need. Very disappointing.

I brought a new dryer and said it can be connected to my phone I install this app and I can't even sign up this app is rubbish can't even email or ring someone to find out what is going on with this app
no point in having for me. only use it has thats relevant is the notification the wash has ended. cant use it remotely unless the remote feature is turned on which locks the door. so unless you want to spin it after the wash or chose when to start the wash cycle while out, its pointless.

App is just OK. I have washer/dryer functions through app and it's ok but owen is tricky. Sometimes it just go crazy, I can't turn on sound on it, change day/night setting for clock.. I'm thinking to disconnect it from internet because of that litlle minor problems. Needs to be upgraded with apliances, or apliances OS.

yet another Chinese app that wants an online account to do what (besides stealing your data), control an appliance on a local wifi network, really??
