can't register. I enter a password that has all the requirements. 8 to 20 characters long one number one capital letter Etc and the warning will not go away and let me sign up and there's no link to contact anyone within the app

Doesn't maintain connection to WiFi causing issues with controlling while away from home. I use this app to control an air conditioner. I have schedules set up and it only works properly 50% of the time. Turning it on and off is random. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Aggravating to come home and find it's been running for 8 hours because the app said the unit was off, but it wasn't. Since last night, when I open the app I only get a gray screen.
Dont work any more. From yesterday, just blank screen.
App suddenly started showing a blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled and i5vstill shows blank screen. Cleared Cache still.shows blank screen. Cleared App Data, shoes blank screen after intro pages. Turned Off AC, Opened App, Screen slid to blank screen, Hit Android back arrow, Screen changed to login screen, Logged in and I could access the device settings.

App decided to just stop functioning altogether. try to open it and it's nothing but a blank screen. I kind of live in a hot region, so not having this (which was to replace my malfunctioning remote) is absolutely agonizing with the impending heat waves. Really don't appreciate it.

Worked for a week. No matter what I do now, the screen will go blank once it loads. Every single time. I've checked for updates, uninstall, restart phone, reinstall yet I still have the same issue on repeat.
It doesn’t open anymore
It's a terrible app. I don't recommend Hisense smart products because of it. After reinstalling, clearing cache, and whatnot, it still gives me a white screen that keeps loading and never finishes. So. I can't use my smart devices. Wasted money
The app was fine until the latest update. Now, after the logo displays when the app starts, there is just an empty gray screen with nothing on it. I tried it on 2 devices with the same result. I uninstalled it and reinstalled. The consent screens come up. But after agreeing to both items, right back to the empty gray screen. Roll back your update!
Bug report: Blank grey screen after update After the latest update, the app crashes completely. When I open it, I accept the privacy policy and notifications, but immediately after that, the screen turns solid grey and nothing loads. I have already tried clearing the cache, deleting data, and doing a clean reinstall, but the issue persists on my samsung phone. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
From yesterday I can't connect anymore.After the initial splash screen (like a first installation one with 3 slides) everything went blank and it stuck on a white screen. tried to uninstall/reinstall clear cache and data but I've not resolved. No info about the issue and how to solve it anywhere on the support website.

i use this all the time to control my air-conditioner while I'm at home and away... but recently, it loads with a blank white screen, i don't know why.
App stopped working on the second day I installed it and just shows a blank screen even after multiple reinstalls. Would have been nice to be able to turn on my AC before I got home but even that isn't worth all the data it collects.

may 22nd 2026 update broke the app. only get a white screen. cleared cache, app data, reinstalled, restarted device. no fix. the updates constantly break the app. stop pushing more and more ai features and focus on making an functioning app. if i could add my applicant to any other app i would.

Terrible app. I just got my HISENSE air conditioner installed and saw the option to control it with the download of the ConnectLife app. I downloaded the app and after agreeing to the very lengthy user agreements the app just glitched. I uninstalled it and re-downloaded it and it was worse. The app is just glitching and not working at all now. Is this what I should expect from my air conditioner now? Is it going to break down on me? That's all I can foresee with the bad app experience.
Completely broken with last update. It no longer loads at all, I've tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling, and every other regular fix for non-working apps
