Wie soll ich auf diese App umstellen, wenn die Secure Plus App crashed, wenn diese App verbinden will?
impossible to go through the set up, I have expected difficulties with the new app knowing how bad Consors bank is, but I haven't expected to be so bad, you want to force you to use this app, at the same time they are not capable to make proper set up for people who switch apps. You are forced to confirm everything in the old app, but nothing is happening after you logged in in the old app. the qr generator is a joke, how I supposed to scan a qr code with my phone that is displayed on my phone?

Ich habe aufgehört, die App zu benutzen, weil bei einem Gemeinschaftskonto der Partner eine Push-Benachrichtigung bekommt, wenn man mit seiner eigenen Karte bezahlt. Andere Banken schicken solche Benachrichtigungen nur an die Person bzw. das Smartphone, dem die verwendete Karte gehört. Mir ist klar, dass beide Personen Zugriff auf die Transaktionen haben, aber dieses Gefühl von Echtzeit-Überwach

Consors deprecated a perfectly fine pure 2FA app and forces this combined 2FA and banking app onto its users. And there's no way to disable the banking part. So much for keeping your 2FA device separate from the application you sign into.

does not work! same issue as few months ago... embarrassing that this bug is not fixed and I need to use 2 mobiles to log in. can't trust a company with my money who operates like that.
App verlangt TAN um Online PIN zu ändern. TAN Aktivierung nicht möglich somit auch keine TAN....
Adieu Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung - voller Zugriff auf das Konto/Depot und gleichzeitg Freigabe APP für alles. Gar nicht gut! Früher SecurePlus APP auf dem Smartphone nur für Freigaben ohne Kontozugriff.
Warum kann bei Nutzung einer Überweisungsvorlage kein Betrag eingegeben werden? So können keine Vorlagen in der App genutzt werden.
absolute Katastrophe diese Bank... als jahrelanger guter Kunde wird man einfach ohne Gründe gekündigt...

Very very bad after the rework. It takes a lot more clicks to do everything and the overall user experience has become a lot worse.
Diese app macht investieren umständlich. App ist nicht gut optimiert. Briefverkehr macht den anmeldeprozess langwierig. Telefonischer kontakt lässt zu wünschen übrig, wenn man 2 mal 10 minuten wartet und niemand abhebt und dort schreckliche musik läuft.
Finanzplaner wurde entfernt. Ihr seid eine ONLINE bank!!!
you should be careful with Consorbank. From my perspective it is not trustworthy. They messed up the integration with Google pay. So that the service is down since almost 5 days. There is no information when they fix it etc. Such an desiaster.
Das neue App-Design sieht zwar moderner aus. Ansonsten hat sich die App in ziemlich allen Belangen verschlechtert. Vorher hatte man alles nötige in einer einzigen Ansicht. Jetzt muss man tausendmal klicken um die grundlegenden Infos zusammen zu suchen. Vor allem die Depot-"Übersicht" ist furchtbar. Es ist mir echt ein Rätsel wie man von einem funktionierenden Design/Aufbau einer App zu so einem Update kommt. Das nächste Mal bitte auf Inhalte statt auf Bling Bling konzentrieren.
Ich schließe mich anderen Reviews an. Ich fand die App bisher ganz gut, aber das Redesign macht es für mich viel unübersichtlicher und vieles erfordert nun mehr Klicks als vorher, einige Funktionen sind völlig verschwunden.
The new version is horribly designed. Both transactions received and sent display the amounts in green colour and without any plus or minus sign. Unless you click on the details, you do not know whether you got money or sent it. And the rest of the app is also not well designed and too complex and full.
Die neue App weißt noch einige Bugs auf. Beispielsweise ist in der Umsatzübersicht die Farbgebung der Beträge vollig wild. Außerdem besitzen einige Beträge ein Vorzeichen (Minus), egal ob es Zahlungsein- oder Ausgänge sind. Gleiches gilt für die Farbgebung, es wird völlig wild zwischen weiß und grün gewechselt. Ausgaben lassen sich so unmöglich von Einnahmen unterscheiden.
Where are the monthly expenses? A breakdown into categories? Just because the UI was upgraded it doesn't mean that the app got better. It's all about function and now a lot of previously available functions are completely missing. Huge downgrade.
Wie kann man ein über Jahre bewährtes und gereiftes Design durch solch eine miese UI/UX ersetzen? Hat sich das jemand vor Release auch mal angeschaut? Wow.
Die Darstellung des Depots ist in der neuen App absolut unübersichtlich. Anstatt alles auf einem Blick zu haben, muss man nun häufig klicken, um dann immer nur einen Teil der Informationen zu haben. Bitte einfach wieder wie früher machen.
Jetzt ist sie da, die neue Version für Android 9. Was hat sich verbessert? Nichts. Es sieht nur komplett anders aus. Was hat sich verschlechtert? Man kennt sich nicht mehr aus. Wie im Supermarkt, wenn die Regale umgestellt werden. Überflüssig wie ein Kropf, dieser Update.

Bin selbst Consorsbank Kunde und habe wohl zufällig eine Schwachstelle in der App gefunden mit der man den Onlinezugriff jedes beliebigen Consorsbank Kontos sperren kann. :( Sehr traurig dass die "IT-Abteilung" sowas überhaupt zulässt!
Neue Darstellung ist grauenvoll und komplett unübersichtlich. Man erkennt kaum Abbuchungen und hat weniger Informationen auf den ersten Blick. Wieso macht man so ein "Update"?
Das neue Design ist furchtbar. Warum eine gute App so verhunzen ?

By far one of the worst apps I've used in general, not even just for banking. Accessibility, design, and convenience seem to be foreign concepts to whoever made... this. Now queue the canned response by some service bot:
Experience has been slowly deteriorating with the bank. Email service has worsened, terms are worsening and overall service is deteriorating.
No crypto assets available for purchase. What a joke.
Dangerously unreliable: They just closed my account without reason and without warning. Worst experience with a bank I ever had. It caused me a lot of trouble and lost time.

This app is completely unusable on Android version 14. I enter my account number and pin then click login, it then opens my phone's settings for Alarms and Reminders. I close that window then enter a generated tan from the Consorsbank Secure app which the app is prompting me for, when I try to continue it continually opens the same settings for Alarms and Reminders and won't let me switch back to the Consorsbank app to view anything useful and it gets stuck in this loop. Please fix this!
The app is fine and does what it's supposed to do. Though the fact that I receive a pop-up message on every app-startup asking me to give Phone permissions to Google Play Services is unnecessary and fairly annoying. I'd also prefer not to have ad-banners advertising some Consorsbank service I don't want to use, pushing areas I actually want to interact with down to the bottom.
Die Umsatz- Anzeige in der App ist eine Katastrophe. Die App der Sparkasse ist wesentlich besser. Bei mir steht in den Umsätzen bei jeder Transaktionen nur ISSUER , aber nicht der richtige Empfänger. Wenn ich den einsehen möchte, dann muss ich auf die Transaktion gehen. Wenn sich diese grauenhafte Anzeige nicht bald ändert, werde ich kündigen und wechseln.
