No me puedo ni registrar. No me deja cambiar, ni seleccionar tipo de via, pero es un campo obligatorio, asi que de ahi no paso. Lo mismo pasa en la web.

only one star for me. i am a member for years but didnt used the points. this app really gives me a hard time. didnt work at all. those points are for nothing. they really fooling people. sure not to shop again. better in sorli or other shop with good points to get

La app no me deja registrarme. Me pide que ponga el tipo de vía de mi dirección en un campo no editable 🤪, así mismo la única nacionalidad disponible es ESPAÑA, así que extranjeros, ya sabéis como se os quiere ☹️

Otra actualizacion que empeoro todo, antes me expulsaba de la app. Ahora ni siquiera puedo entrar con mi usuario. Un desastre total. Tambien la pagina web no funciona. En un mes se fue todo a la M.da
Aplicación pésima. Te bloquea constantemente y te pide que introduzcas tu usuario y contraseña. ¡Es una aplicación de supermercado! ¡No es de banco! ¡Una auténtica estupidez!

hemos tenido varios problemas, recurrentes, con pedidos realizados a través de la app. hoy mismo tras pedir 7 garrafas de agua de 5L, que es el producto clave de nuestro pedido, no nos llegaron ningunas. Y lo mejor es que a la hora de reclamar, nos dicen que nunca las pedimos. suele ser costumbre que algunos productos no llegan en la entrega, y otros se cambian por similares, sin jamás pedir nuestro consentimiento previo, cobrándote al precio del producto inicial. una experiencia muy negativa

It doesn't let you use anything if you're not registered, but you cannot register if you are a tourist. English is not supported as well. Why should it be so complicated?
Casi un mes sin funcionar. Cada vez que entro en la app máximo 10 segundo y me hecha fuera. Entro y paso lo mismo. Ya he desinstalado la app y borrado la cache etc... Sigue sin funcionar
Went through the sign up routine twice and didn't manage to complete it. The app is not formatted correctly for a mobile phone and is too complicated. So it's Mercadona for me.
Can't register
Informed that my NIE number was incorrect. As with others trying to join and register, I was unable to. I also requested that the app was in English. The application form came up in Spanish.

Utterly useless. When registering it tells me my email address is already in the system, then ALSO tells me the email is invalid when I request a password reminder.

I really loved this app until it stopped working 3 months ago. I don't really want to print my checkes regalo due to environmental issues, but the workers of consum don't let me use my checke codes unless I show them the codes in the app which can't be opened. Please, fix it.

This is easily the worst online shopping app I have ever tried. Gave up after an hour. I'll go elsewhere.
App doesn't work
Terrible app, nothing works, if it does its slow, not user friendly. Really just a bad app. Guess I'll have to shop Mercadona on line. Terrible aplicación, nada funciona, si lo hace es lento, no es fácil de usar. Realmente solo una mala aplicación. Supongo que tendré que comprar Mercadona en línea.
El acceso nefasto. El teléfono de soporte sólo saben restablecer la contraseña. No te saben dar ninguna solución, y si no consigues comprar te dirigen a la web, que es un despropósito ya que para eso está la app. Probado el acceso desde varios dispositivos, comprobada la cobertura. Nada no hay manera de que funcione.
La aplicación no funciona. Es imposible hacer el registro, tuve que hacerlo desde mi ordenador, y cuando voy a iniciar sesión en la app nunca me deja.

No me aparecen los cupones dr descuento que tenía. Acabo de desinstalar y reinstalar la aplicación y al iniciar sesión Salta "Error inesperado " muy mal.
Sadly, I couldn't leave a minus stars. Absolutely useless since the last three months and not even staff members can help. I now have to print everything off and take paper into the store.
