Worst customer support, delivery and the overall process, they will collect all extra fees and charges like distance fees and delivery. But they will keep you hungry and wait for the food. Customer care is pathetic, they will only say apologies, nothing else they do. I am going to uninstall it and let other families know about this app. So that they will not be scammed
they say it's home food but the budget is not reliable for every person
such a disgusting customer service and kitchen mainly coimbatore....I have both tried as a customer and Chef 🤣...these service people eat freely with our initial amount and thy say try 3_4 foods like interview 😆you will never get customer..ull get customer only 1_3 customer weekly .waste app don't buy food as customer and don't open kitchen as Chef ...waste of time and money ...better give add on other platform....all the 5star ratings are from thier own company...

worst delivery I am waiting long time
For delivery the food taking more time I used this application I placed order after 3hrs only I received order worst application and also proper support is not available for this application.
I preordered my food 2 days before hoping ot will come in time. and I had to catch train .it didn't come and cane very late also i was not able to cancel ..Customer care was not at all responsive ..very nad service ..pls be careful yismg this service ...to the mgmt at least respond to the messages of customer
Very horrible first experience. Ordered at 6.45 pm for 8 pm delivery slot. Already over an hour passed the food is still not picked up by delivery. With thus I will remove the as pp from my mobile . Why are they charging GST?????? . Today on15/12 ordered fish curry at 7 30 pm At 9.30pm enquired the status. Then they told cash on delivery is not accepted Then why accept the order on cash on delivery.This is the second instance Horrible All customers please don't depend on this Fake account costly
Food is Average. but the servive is pathetic. even no proper response from their customer care. only you can chat with them. no telephone number. no proper policy for refund. they always gave rider issue. once you give order you have to wait minimum 1.5 hrs. and once you get the delivery of food. then you feel why you been order from cookr.. strongly not recommended untill they will not improve their servive. i am challenging my statement what i have written above. i have proofs.

worst service, not even handle the delivery on time even I book 2 hours before .... but charges what we are paying is equal to the food amount don't know why this much charges to cover 2 to 3 km they can able to deliver freely food price is also high for one termerin rice 100 rs and for delivery 90 rs what is this. that too no deliver properly...

Very Worst experience. We ordered Chapati with thakkali thokku dish but we got some other gravy for chapati. And also we ordered the food at 8 pm but we received the delivery at 11 pm. Very poor customer service also.

Support system is irresponsible. Won't get reply and order will be always delayed.Rate of food is very high. Sometimes cleanliness won't be there.

We ordered for chicken Kheema dosa and when it arrived 45 minutes late it was cold, the dosa tasted sour like it was stale flour used, the Cocunut chutney added was like water, this was like ordering from a slum area, being a first time customer, this first impression and experience was totally disappointing and pathetic, their customer service team doesn't respond immediately, never again we would recommend this app 🙏
delivery update not proper still more improvement required
this is a fraud app they never deliver on time when booking the slot period is long enough despite that long time they dont have any delivery partners. once ordered you cannot cancel if the the delivery slot surpasses beyond your patience. bad bad poor management and very very poor customer suppot

Along with the app being useless, the customer service is also pathetic. Surprising thing is they were actually good, a few months back. Now they suddenly don't care about their customers ! The same kitchens from which I used to place orders from earlier are not available since more than a month now. Nothing is available now! And when I try to get customer service for help regarding this,no one's available.

I had a subscription for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with Cookr. The quality of food was pathetic and the service was the worst that I had experienced.
The food was not delivered even after 2 and half an hour which was expected to deliver within 45 minutes. There is no option to cancel even if they do not keep up the timing and very poor customer care

asked to not be given capsicum because Im allergic. literally day 2 they send capsicum curry. i tried to cancel my subscription but the app doesnt even work properly, and even after cancelling and pausing it they just sent it over. thank god i only got the 3 day trial. uninstalling immediately.
