Support system is irresponsible. Won't get reply and order will be always delayed.Rate of food is very high. Sometimes cleanliness won't be there.

We ordered for chicken Kheema dosa and when it arrived 45 minutes late it was cold, the dosa tasted sour like it was stale flour used, the Cocunut chutney added was like water, this was like ordering from a slum area, being a first time customer, this first impression and experience was totally disappointing and pathetic, their customer service team doesn't respond immediately, never again we would recommend this app 🙏
delivery update not proper still more improvement required
this is a fraud app they never deliver on time when booking the slot period is long enough despite that long time they dont have any delivery partners. once ordered you cannot cancel if the the delivery slot surpasses beyond your patience. bad bad poor management and very very poor customer suppot

higher charges for food and waiting time was too much.. when i order a food yesterday after 1.30pm they shows 3.00pm is the delivery time.. finally my order delivered after 4.30pm.. already paid, no body is there for service.. no response even after making so many message and mail's.. absolutely bad service.. and even the foods also worthless for the waiting... not fresh.. not good.. just something they served... very very bad

Along with the app being useless, the customer service is also pathetic. Surprising thing is they were actually good, a few months back. Now they suddenly don't care about their customers ! The same kitchens from which I used to place orders from earlier are not available since more than a month now. Nothing is available now! And when I try to get customer service for help regarding this,no one's available.

I had a subscription for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with Cookr. The quality of food was pathetic and the service was the worst that I had experienced.
The food was not delivered even after 2 and half an hour which was expected to deliver within 45 minutes. There is no option to cancel even if they do not keep up the timing and very poor customer care

asked to not be given capsicum because Im allergic. literally day 2 they send capsicum curry. i tried to cancel my subscription but the app doesnt even work properly, and even after cancelling and pausing it they just sent it over. thank god i only got the 3 day trial. uninstalling immediately.

Very horrible first experience. Ordered at 6.45 pm for 8 pm delivery slot. Already over an hour passed the food is still not picked up by delivery. With thus I will remove the as pp from my mobile . Why are they charging GST?????? . Today on15/12 ordered fish curry at 7 30 pm At 9.30pm enquired the status. Then they told cash on delivery is not accepted Then why accept the order on cash on delivery. This is the second instance Horrible All customers please don't depend on this Fake account

This app is poorly maintained, if we select the slots preferred, we wouldn't even get the food at preferred time and this happened thrice, order will be auto cancelled. There’s no perfect tracking available, the user will not even know if the food is being cooked or picked up, for the cost it charges, it's not even worthy for the poor services that it provides
There is no problem with delivery. They are doing a good job. When you order on the app, the food looks different than when it arrives.

if you're from kerala, be advised they never deliver on time or they neve deliver. there is no active customer support and you'll be left hanging
