Many years liking this as my main car nav. Bought most maps, subscribed to traffic notifications, trusted it to get me across Europe. Android Auto implementation's not great, but I put up with it. Since last update, it refuses to start 'for security' as it thinks my phone is 'modified or rooted'. It's neither. Not a banking app so blocking usage I've paid for is unjustified in any case. If an update in next few days fixes this, review deleted & usage continued. If not, finally time to uninstall.

I really wanted to try this app as I have heard great things from it. however it won't let me create an account as it does not recognise any of the email addresses I have (tried 4). I hope this bug gets fixed quick.
App is scrambling my favorites list. At first it was all in alphabetical order but now it's all over the place. The app is also having location issues. When I'm driving, it moves my location on the app saying I'm somewhere completely different.
consistently shows im driving in the woods, throws up restricted routes and roads even though im on an interstate. I really tried to like it but after weeks of nothing but issue after issue I decided to buy a real truck gps and not have to worry. My CDL is at stake and the amount of issues, off routes and errors is not worth it.

installed this app in the head unit of my motorhome and then uninstall it as it wasn't showing any maps, not good
really difficult to use
Tried to send us down some very narrow lanes! Luckily we knew the area and knew the route the app was trying to send us down was definitely not suitable for a caravan, if we had followed the route we would have been in big trouble.
Strangely starts accurately and then after a few uses directs you onto no truck roads. 1 star because this is a pass or fail basis when health and safety at stake.
This is, without question, one of the worst GPS applications I’ve ever used. It consistently fails to function properly routing is inaccurate, directions are unreliable, and it frequently instructs unnecessary and absurd U-turns. On multiple occasions, I’ve entered a correct address only to be taken somewhere nowhere near the intended destination. A navigation app that cannot navigate defeats its entire purpose. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Do not waste your money and time
Pretty disappointed. It seemed like the answer at first. Then it started getting ahead of itself. So many times I'd be watching the traffic and it would think I'm already on a road I should have turned on, and when I look at it, it doesn't show a turn. Until I pass it... then, it shows I must make a U-turn. Often, it's miles to tyhe next place I can safely turn around. It's made me late enough times that I'm getting rid of it. I got another Rand. Maybe, it won't make me want to throw it out the

the latest version is full of bugs, several updates have the app all screwed up. it won't save to start the route. PUT IT BACK!
since new update still no start and finish markers no time of travel bubble and no travel marker ie blue dot marker not happy with this at the moment
Installed. Tried creating a personal account but the button is greyed out. Password matches and email address is accurate. Waste of time.
it's asking to renew but you have pulled the money from my account and it's not working
this is a rubbish app, slow to load, freezes, finding destinations is hard, app requires regular re booting and it is constantly requiring map updates, 1 year later issues remain with route preferences not saving input info, sent a number of messages to Trimble but they can't be bothered to get in touch

it just keeps getting wors. Today's update with the intro will not allow navigation to open. I've restarted 4 times . you have removed map detail recently as well. it is useless. The App became almost completely useless it would not calculate stopped added to route, I would have to clear the trip and add as a new trip. when trying to adjust route for added stops I had to enter each leg as a route. This morning I deleted and reinstalled maps, app and everything. if the problem return I'm gone.
only part functional in android auto. Doesn't display or warn of speed cameras that show if just using the app in the phone. No Speedo or active traffic bar available in android auto.

Never heard of a navigation app that makes you PAY to use the search feature before. How am I even meant to go somewhere if I can't even search up a place 💀
why would I want to pay for something that once I've completed the setup steps and setup my vehicle profile, I go to search an address i am the greated with a connection error to online search. I mean how, why, what, this is ridiculous. good start. you want peoples money but yet I cannot even search, and I have to go online and search for troubleshooting guides. 5 coffees deep and I cannot be bothered with it, back to TomTomGo.
I used to like Copilot. Then it started freezing and crashing while driving. Now all my saved locations are buggy, the app freezes constantly even after clearing data, and reinstalling. Really disappointed for what it costs.
Why can't I find out use the navigation function? that was the point of me buying this app. Today I needed it and could not use it.
I have had copilot for almost a year. it used to be really good. Recently its been awful. The app keeps stopping and crashing. It shuts down while you are navigating and it can't find locations in the search facility, even when using a postcode. I won't be renewing unless it seriously gets its act together and starts to work properly again

downloaded on phone seem to be ok but not great then onto my tablet and dredfull . example on phone we put in Brighton and gave correct distances 45miles and tablet same place 3554miles same UK maps completely different.decided to buy a proper satnav

Downloaded the update to see if it had improved but the icon still covers the map. It's roughly a third of the screen. That's as far as I got testing it this time so I don't know if the routing or navigation is usable again. Such a shame they ruined this app and I hope it gets repaired.
Why did you ruin a perfectly working navigation system?! After the last update, I can't use it!!! It crashes every few dozen seconds!!! I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and still nothing!!! Why aren't your updates tested beforehand?!!! If this continues, I won't use your navigation system-it's paid, by the way-and I'll report your poor quality work to the media!!! Now your navigation system is worthless, it's garbage!!!
1 star as it may be a glitch, on a positive note this was till now our go to app. After a bit over 12 months good work this has now decided to throw wobblers every route. It either switches route as you drive or even worse this weekend shut itself down four, yes four times, as we were driving through London. Not the best place for this to happen. If it continues then there will be no auto renew coming from me.
slow, buggy and crashes every other time I run it. Expensive subscription. NOT cheaper than buying a standalone GPS
The actual app is OK, but I have tried numerous times to cancel this subscription with no joy. I can't even log in anymore to try to challenge them, and my bank need proof that I have contacted them to cancel. Almost 12 months on, and they are still taking subscription charge from my account.
Since last update the app just crashes after a few minutes use. It completely closes down. You restart and it does it again. Tried clearing data and cache and reinstalling but makes no difference. It also closes down if the phone is charging. Please fix this problem as at the moment the app in totally unusable. I've be using copilot since version 7 and not had many problems. The latest version 11 has just been a nightmare since it's introduction.
Good for Camping car, needs a bit of updates for Android Auto and user-friendly interface. Also ... have to download the country map even just passing through? That's a pain when travelling and using up a 5G data plan. No ?
This has now become unusable. shuts down randomly. Deleted cache, reinstalled still the same. phone more than meets requirements. pointless app now! still in subscription period, this needs sorting.
The app needs a massive clean up and revamp. the colours are awful. Confusing and difficult to use. It's a mess to be honest. You desperately need to get better designers in the clean the whole app up. at the moment it's awful to use
Completely unusable, takes a long time to update position whilst moving, the UI is a mess, weight and dimensions are set to Imperial ONLY, Impossible to set up multi-drop journeys, and has a lovely habit of crashing/closing when it feels like it. AVOID!!! For a subscription GPS this is atrocious, Get better results for free
It was great for a few years. As I change my phone very often I'm unable now to restore my lifetime licence as it generated too many licences in my profile. Customer service is great but they are unable to help since they are not allowed to reset the licence anymore.
I've been using this app for several years without any real issues. I've always liked it because I'm nearly always oversize and it's handy being able to set way points so I don't have to keep checking my permit for turns and directions. After this last update, every time I try to plan a trip, the very first way point I plot causes the app to close itself and discard my trip. I need this problem fixed or I'm gonna have to find another GPS service.
After installing on Galaxy S22 once again I can't log in. Wrong username or password. Still can't log in after password reset. I jumped through unbelievable hoops to get this to work when it happened on a previous phone, this time after reading all the negative reviews I'm just writing it off, and getting on with my life.
The latest update is horrible. They took things that already took too many taps to accomplish and made them take even more. For example: Adding a stop at a rest area to an existing route. The old way took 10 taps which was bad enough. Now since the update it takes 16 taps. 16! Just to add a stop. A navigation app should be simple and intuitive, Copilot is anything but. I wish my job didn't make us use this garbage. Also, online search errors every time since the update. Making this useless
UPDATE - 6 years after I reported the app for missing truck upgradability I thought I'd give it another go, but still no option to add Truck Navigation, absolutely useless.

I am so disappointed I just downloaded and I couldn't find my country Bangladesh.
I remember this app back in the day when you could acquire it through questionable means - it was top fog. I liked it so much I bought it a while back. Forgetting I had it I thought I'd give it a whirl today - useless garbage. Huge delays clicking and navigating around app, freezes instantly when starting a journey through Auto. Removed and tried to reinstall thinking it might be corrupt - can't even select where to save maps (SD or internal) as buttons disappear before I can click on one!
