Resulta que no puedes recibir una carta ordinaria en Citypaq, por lo menos según me cuentan personal de oficina de Correos. Eso no se explica en la app. Yo tenía un paquete esperándome en Correos durante 16 días sin saber nada hasta que me fui a la oficina donde está ubicado el Citypaq para preguntar.

Segundo, cuando trackeas un pedido por numero no se añade a la lista de trackeados, lo tienes que añadirlo tu expresamente dandoles info. Tercero, el tramite de pagar por app tienes que cancelarlo si abres la ventana de informacion, no puedes simplemente cerrar la ventanita. Cuarto:a
La app funciona muy mal, tarda mucho en cargar, da error al intentar hacer seguimiento de paquetes o al hacer un envio nuevo. Tengo que cerrarla y volver a abrir con mucha frecuencia. No sirve
useless , a 48 hour signed for delivery took well over a week, delivery status would not update at all for several days. Not a professional service at all . Please improve your service .

I have 24 cctv at my front door. The package I was waiting on didn't arrive. Not even a piece of paper to say they attempted to deliver my package. On my own volition I went to San Miguel post office. They told me the package had been returned to sender. They also lied that they had attempted twice to deliver it. My camera says otherwise. If there was another option, ie collect at the post office, I wouldn't have a problem. Just don't lie to me.
Correos is the only Spanish delivery service and it's the ultimate worst in the whole country. Broken products, lost items, 20 days to deliver something that's literally coming from the city next to me. They make it really hard, on purpose, to get to talk to an operator who will not solve any of your problems. Bought two things 7 days ago, one on AliExpress and another one delivered by correos. the Chinese one has already arrived while correos says for 6 days straight that it's "out for delivery
La instalé para usar un buzón inteligente, y es extremadamente difícil de usar. Pero lo peor del asunto es que, después de haber desinstalado la apli, me han estado acribillando a SMS NO AUTORIZADOS con notificaciones sobre cierto buzón, y no tengo manera de hacer que paren.

El servicio del correo ineficiente dicen que ya se entrego el paquete, y no es así, no hay forma en la app de contactar con alguien para que pueda dar una explicación, el bot de la app solo tiene respuestas que no dan ningún tipo de información, la peor app que he visto.

I send a 1 kg parcel 📦 to my friend as gift they hold this parcel in customs and not return to us or not send any notification to the receiver.... very very bad service by the Correos ... next time I will not use this service, I lost my parcel 📦 and Money too that they charges as shipping charges. does not work most of the time. put in my email password I know is correct always says is not correct. impossible to get info about a parcel. send many emails get nothing back. documentation completed taxes paid still do not get the parcel and then they send it back to the sender and keep the taxes paid even when they are paid quickly. update available no way to update the app.extremely unhappy. it's no way to treat people 😡 your reply not understood. this playstore is in English not acceptabl
can't sign up in uk as won't accept uk phone number , useless
La versión anterior funcionaba perfectamente y no requería tener un usuario. Ahora estás obligado a registrarte para poder usar la app, no hay opción. Si tragas y te intentas registrar, el proceso se rompe en la verificación del SMS.

Old app worked well. Suddenly turned to grey. Checked and saw that was now old version. Uninstalled old version and installed new version. as previously reported by other people it does not work. Responses by Correos confirms there is a problem which they are working to correct. Tried again today, still not working. Does not recognise the code sent by email, or email address, or advises account already exists. Advised log into existing and delete duplicated account. It won't let you. I give up!

Me descargué la app y al registrarme me pide el teléfono. Cuando me mandan el mensaje, al ponerlo no me deja, dice que 'El código no es correcto' lo único que hice fue copiar y pegar, incluso escribiendo el código y dice lo mismo

No hay manera de hacer el trámite aduanero, SIEMPRE DA ERROR. Lo hacen a propósito para gestionarlo ellos y estafar cobrando 8€ en vez de los 1,24 de autogestión.

Una pérdida de tiempo no se puede crear una cuenta los sms para verificar la cuenta nunca llegan.
Por qué está en inglés esta app y por qué no puedo seleccionar el idioma? Otra cosa lamentableme, es que en ningún momento el seguimiento se especifica en dónde geográficamente se encuentran los envíos. De qué sirve rastrear envíos si solo dice "en centro logístico"? Si vale, pero en qué centro logístico??? En otros países y servicios siempre se especifica en dónde se encuentran los paquetes, menos con correos España.
