Wont let me login - error says disable ad blockers & VPN neither of which are enabled.
Couldn't even sign up. I cleared the cache, tried waiting and re-signed up multiple times but kept running into the same problem, the proceed button after it asks to confirm you are not a robot does absolutely nothing. I like Costa, but they should just go back to handing out physical rewards cards if their app won't even allow new users to register

app just stopped working today. Just keeps saying 'oops something went wrong' My free drinks have disappeared and beans. Reinstalled the app but still getting the same message.
unfortunately the app says the store at Cornhill Bridgwater was open , but after walking to it I found it was closed for refurbishment . Why can't the app show that the store is closed. Today I tried to use the offer you sent me, but it could not be added to the app so I could use it. But you still send annoying notifications to use the offer.

Makes you create an account to even check the menu. Dumb dumb dumb. Also, cafe staff did not honour the 25% discount coupon shown activated in my partner's Costa app. So they massively overcharged and then didn't give a refund or even care at all. Terrible customer service. Gonna avoid Costa from now on.

I need to reset my password but everytime I try to reset it takes me to the app but I need my password to sign in so therefore can't do it
Too often does not work and regularly, when opening to record purchase, does not recognise you and you have to spend 10 minutes resetting the password while drinking your coffee!
