The idea is good, the reality is bizarre. Works perfectly on my iPad but not on my android phone despite reinstalls
it stops your other communication channels from working. the app blocks everything else. it turns your device into a dumb terminal just dedicated to it. the app just forgets who are, and have re enter your sign in data, at least once a day.
Aplicativo muito lento, pede pra retentar carregar as coisas 5 mil vezes. O pacote de wifi fala que abre seus apps e streamings e não sei mais o que, mas todos os meus apps que não eram Instagram e os outros listados no pacote mediano que tentei abrir não abriram. Horrível.

Horrible, 90% of the time does not wowrk, its the first 1 star review I leave on an app.
Starts asking for money the second you open it; we booked a cruise for next year, but thought the app would provide useful info beforehand. As you open the app, it starts warning you that they will charge for connection, because thats not included! Absolutely bonkers (logged in with booking reference, so they could tell we aren't on a ship), this app is well worth avoiding...makes me worried about how many more hidden charges they'll insist on- its taken the shine off looking forward to the trip

Really bad app, chat is worthless almost to the point to force you into buying the ship internet, wouldn't be surprised if that was the real reason why the app is so bad

Inserting my credentials, the app is just rolling, rolling. Website gives me an error message, so technically closed out from my account.
Very bad experience. I always receive the popup message "no internet connexion" or "you have to be connected to the boat wifi". Then i have to kill the app and restart it, to make it work (maybe).
Bad bad bad. If you pay the extra drinks plus package you will get a lot of "I'm sorry sir, this drink is finished". A lot. I'm currently in the cruise Costa Smeralda and really disappointed about this package. Bad bad experience with drinks. Most of the premium not available, you basically pay for nothing. This is why they have negative reviews and should be distributed by everyone. Don't pay and alternatively reserve with a real and better alternative cruise company. Only one good: Starlink

Worst app and internet connection i ever see. Internet is usually unstable and you can't use it but app charge you just fine, overpriced internet for crew. A lot of time you can't log off but like i say still charge you for nothing. I don't know how you have courage to charge crew 3.50$ per 1h. You guys are disgusting
Costa cruises a milking machine for your money. Everything costs money and the all inclusive is kind of a joke. Never going back to this cruise liner. You want to leave after 24 hours. It is also not very family friendly as so many spaces are off limits for kids without reason.
It doesn't even allow you login. Freezes at this stage

You pay so much money for the cruise and their charge you every day $11×2 for cleaning your room, the food sucks by the time their bring you your food it is cold, you have to pay for water to drink you don't even get anything for free on this ship I would not even recommend my dog on this ship that is showing you how bad is the service the best thing on the ship is most of the workers

Can't progress past first page, suggested I try again later. Also can't get a drink as the system hasn't picked up that I've registered my credit card and arrived at 10.30am as requested. Not impressed.

Close to useless. It doesn't log in or if it does it takes ages. It either has a technical error or maintenance but for sure one of the most annoying thing in taking a costa cruise

I came to write a review as i cannot login into my account same as the other reviewers. I downloaded the app on my father's mobile and he had the same problem. We can't login in into our club member we get an error.
Won't let me enter as Costa club member on the app. It says it doesn't recognise me. So then I select to register and it says I'm already registered. Very frustrating. Freezes all the time.
It doesn't log in. Keeps saying error. Been like this for weeks now. It worked before the update in May 2023

This app need to imrove some time work some time no work we paid for this app but when we need to close the app this app no working that time my money waste so many times like this
Good prototype. Bad implementation. The good: Passengers can send texts to one another without depending on the criminally expensive onboard Internet packages. The bad: The app feels like it was vibe-coded. It takes tens of seconds in the splash screen before becoming functional, even if you were looking at it moments before. Regularly loses messages sent between passengers. Very easy to hire the criminally expensive Internet packages by accident.
absolute garbage. There's a built in chat function which when it works isn't bad. But it never really works. The ship has its own WiFi network that you can use the app on but it constantly kicks you off. It's clunky and slow.
after last update the links with pdf are not working. it wont open and download the expenses after cruise. also on ship all functions were not working. chat not displaying messages, not possible to view menus of restaurants and bars totally useless
