Horrible App, have my address in twice. Try to checkout with some items states that i don't have an address saved. Do a search for anything at all and brings up everything but what your looking for. Even items I have purchased instore before don't exist on the app. Very poor app.
an absolutely horrible app. it's only good for having your membership electronically. the search function is absolutely useless.

I am currently going through very bad experience with Costco online delivery. I have been member for very long time and its the worst experience about their process . All they say is handling high volumes and no update yet even after several calls and emails. this has to be changed if you want to be better.

Geo locked. I'm fed up of having to tell the staff that I cannot download the app, it's simply not an option for international card holders, yes my card is faded, yes it's a picture of me and no I can't fly back to the UK and just get another one when ever I feel like it. No my photo isn't visible when I scan but that doesn't mean I haven't been a member for the last 28 years Maybe if the app allowed international members to log in more people would move away from physical cards!
Wont validate my credit card when trying to renew. this also happened last year with the same credit card.

It's being a few months and the issue where some customers were not able to click on the "take photo" icon is yet to be resolved. When the "take photo" icon is clicked, it does not proceed to the next screen. Just stuck on the same page. Apparently, I heard from costco staff that this only happens randomly to some customers. Therefore, I still can't register or activate the digital membership card as this requires the function of taking photo to work.

app won't open, says it needs updating. Go to google play and it gives a 'button' to enable the app. nothing happens. such a stupid situation.
How do you not have an off-line mode, us waiting outside Costco waiting for app to start up

Takes ages to load product pictures. After searching any product, it loads immediately but the product images takes so long to load. Anyway app has overall 2.8 🌟 so doesn't see any hope of getting fixed.

Can not change or update details, gone in store and still details are not updated. Still sending to wrong email and wrong names on membership

How about you make an app that works
As soon as I open the app, it keeps switching between the home screen with some layout and text and the splash screen with only the Costco logo. It's switching so rapidly that it hurt my eyes and I dropped down the brightness just to observe it. I closed and re opened the app, ensured it was updated, etc. Same think. Until the last time I tried it and it got stock in the "Costco wholesale" splash screen for a minute. My membership auto renewal failed for some reason so I wanted to check it.
What a bunch of rubbish app. Hundreds of items and not 1 price. I set my closest store put my address, no service to my area BS. So put my work address which is 10 kilometres from the store and same thing. Do you want to sell stuff or what?
I ordereda product from Costco 6 days ago.. it's still showing processing where as stores like JB hi-fi are delivering same product same day. Even the helpline team is asking me to wait 1 more week, not for delivery, but if it gets dispatched by then.

5th time I've needed to activate my digital membership card. 1 long line, only 1 staff at counter. Won't let me in without activating. What a joke.

I cannot find a way to see my receipts. It might be there but cannot find it. If it's not there, you guys should add it.
Seriously needs a rework, you'd think you'd be able to jump on and have a look at prices or compare items but even the words Dog Food doesn't bring up any items. So people end up using Facebook and getting unwanted comments on their items. Our Costco is a 30 minute drive away, so it's not like we can just pop in.
Would give zero if possible. Images never load, shopping i have done using my card before never shows up on app history.
The app doesn't load images. I have cleared cache, cleared data, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still the same issue.
Every time you change phones you need to go and get your digital membership verified again, not sure why but it's not necessary and it's annoying, you should only need to verify once. And they still haven't changed this, why do I need to keep re verifying who I am every time I get a new phone? Sort it out!
"This is taking longer than usual" is not accurate when this is the new usual! Fix the damn app, I'm tired of standing like an idiot at the counter with this loading screen error for 2 to 5 minutes each time.
