Tried to place order but it told me that the order failed and to check my payment method. However money has been taken from my account!! 😡
Costco consistently can't pick the right items when shipping online orders + horrendous returns process = not an app to risk buying from.

Whoever designed this app should be thrown across their mother's knee and given a good spanking. The page to order and customise a cake does not pre-populate membership number, the membership page does not enable copying the number or taking a screenshot. Basically, you need two devices to run what should be a simple transaction.

Samsung s23 ultra latest software, app keeps crashing, have re installed and cleared cache, still crashing. only 1 star to get developer attention.
Unpleasant. Their customer service needs a problem solving approach. Also, the fuel withholding fee needs to be refunded after 7 days aligning to their policy.

Trying to register as Business Bank Card and your app does not allow me to put my address in. Even when you try and attempt the manual entering option, I cannot go any further than entering my company name because you don't even have UK, United Kingdom or Great Britain on there. So wait, we don't exist? Please sort this out. It's very frustrating and beyond a joke really.

Unable to register. I have an old account that has been deactivated. I only know that from trying to log on via the website, the app just came up with an error message when I clicked password reset. Tried to re register using the same email address and it didn't work. Not fit for purpose.

Others have experienced this as well and just can't login to the app even with correct credentials, I've given up resetting my password each time. Will contact support but this is abysmal that it hasn't been fixed yet!!!
You cannot possibly create an Online Account on both Online and on the Costco App. Upon creating an account, you get a message saying there's an error when there isn't.

As much as i luv to shop in the store, the app is just the worst, fix the functionality to add the card, tried different cards months apart and still the same issue.

I haven't been able to register my account. It will send the verification email, but there's no code in the email. It will just tell me that the email was used for registering a Costco account. Have you guys heard of a concept called Beta testing?

You will need to visit your local store to activate the digital membership on this Costco app by providing a photo ID in person. Unfortunately, my nearest Costco warehouse is 50 miles away.
Royal rubbish. Can't login to the app (verification code not sent to email) despite speaking to the warehouse and online teams. Shame, it was fine before the 2 step changes.

I open the app on my Pixel 9 Pro and it doesn't even get past the logo screen, I have tried deleting and reinstalling numerous times and not a thing. Would be so much easier to order through the app rather than the website, please get this sorted ASAP

Feb 25: causes my phone to completey lockup, twice now. Took 30 mins to get it working the 1st time.

FAIL! On the basis that most warehouses kill the phone signal and that means the electronic card stops displaying this app is virtually pointless! Pretty much everything else can be accomplished as easily without bothering to install this app.
