Trapped money & zero support! Loaded money into the wallet(as it's needed), but they failed to deliver 2 days in a row. They deliver to my neighbors in the same society daily, but skipped my house for no reason. On day 2, I tried calling support at 9:15 AM, but their bot "Priya" blocked me from talking to an agent, claiming the center was closed. They broke their promise of a refund to my bank account. Do not trust this app with your money-they take your cash upfront and then ghost you. Avoid!
The first time I ordered using this app, the delivery went smoothly; however, I have placed orders three or four times since then, and every single time, I receive the same message: "Dear Customer, we tried but could not deliver your order today due to this reason: Address Issue marked by our field executive. Team - Country Delight." We place these orders while living right here on Earth-we aren't ordering from Mars or some other planet-yet we keep getting cited for non-delivery.

I am looking for alternatives already! Find the lesser devil.

This is the third time in raw it happened, you lure customer by loading wallet and then basic milk product such as ghee will not deliver saying not available, if it is not available why do you take order. I don't know what is going in the backend
pathetic, the Delivery boy picked up a bag from the street, put the milk in it and left it at my gate. a bag from the street. how unhygienic! this is a shame

the very first thing the app said transaction failed even when money was deducted from upi. went back saw money was there. these glitches create trust issue. fix them or remove wallet system.

Extremely disappointing experience. The comp charges without any clear explanation, leaving customers to figure out unexplained deductions on their own. Customer support is slow, unresponsive, and rarely provides meaningful resolutions. What makes it worse is the constant marketing calls proudly mentioning the founders' IIM background. Customers don't care about credentials-they expect transparent billing, honest practices, and responsive support. I won't be recommending their service.
Very disappointed with my experience. The quality didn't justify the premium pricing. I bought 14 bananas from my local market for ₹67, while Country Delight charges about ₹47 for just 3. I was also surprised to see ₹500 deducted from my wallet after disabling AutoPay. In my opinion, the company focuses more on revenue than customer value. I'd rather support local farmers and neighborhood vendors who offer better value and transparency.
I subscribed during a promotional offer but forgot to cancel it afterward. It would be helpful if you sent SMS or email notifications before processing subscription orders and after placing them, including the bill amount. When I shared this suggestion with customer support, they argued instead of accepting my feedback and told me to check the app. The support was unprofessional and disappointing. Please improve both notifications and customer service.

dont waste your hard earned money with this app. the coconut were never good and they have scam with vegetable delivery. Customer care is the most dumb cc ever, everyday same line, we pick coconut from pollachi and do quality check, am writing this after 1 month of worst experience.
Customer service is poor. I had a subscription for daily milk but inspite of my instructions, I always had issue with dropping time &place coz of which,most of the time my milk didn't reach me .sometimes monkeys had a party and sometimes thief. Delivery boys were also rude ,manmauji, he dropped according to his convinience & wen asked for solution ,customer care executive abruptly cancelled my subsciprion ,which was really shocking for me.but milk and ghee is good and tasty though costly.

Why I started milk here becoz price 900 ml 60 rs then 61 then 62 the 70 then 76 plus vip sub 99 for 900 ml not 1 ltr. you know in my area got cow milk 70 rs only for 1 ltr not 900ml. so good bye
This brand delivers good products, but the services are the worst. I enabled call before delivery option but I never received a single call from last 2 months. I had hundreds of mail conversation regarding several issues, but they just ignore all the issue like they don't care. Also they treat their customers like fool and stupid persons.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the vegetables I received. The drumsticks (moringa) were rotten from the inside, with black and spoiled portions that made them completely unusable. The spinach was also not fresh and looked old and damaged. When customers pay for fresh vegetables, they expect good quality, not rotten and unusable produce. everything good but not provide 4 + 4 offer is providing 1 quantity only 4 + 3.... and price also high according market. subscription also high, if you provide all vegetable more than market value then why purchase subscription?
my experience with this is very poor the customer support is pathetic they don't even resolve any problems. I ordered a ghee from there website which did not get delivered and and because it was a prepaid order after complaining also they did not pay attention to the complaint. past 10 days I am complaining constantly by email and call but there is no solution for my complaint. I am very very disappointed by this app.lost my money and product both. so a big zero from my side .
