half of the eggs supplied are spoiled, and not for one time, it continues even after complaining several times, they mix-up the old stocks to new ones and deliver. on first complaint they asked for a picture, then in consecutive three months we have sent them pictures as well, every time someone from their customer care calls and reassure that the upcoming deliveries will be checked, yet I had to complain repeatedly, it's now the six time. it's better to get from a local vendor.

2 बरस पेहले मेन ये app use करती थी accha है लेकिन मेरा experience खराब था मैने 2 लिटर milk ऑर्डर किया और ब्रेड ऑर्डर किया था लेकिन जो डिलिव्हरी बॉय था उसने lakar दिया ही नही एक दोबारा ऐसा हुआ मेरे पैसे बरबाद हॊ गये तबसे इस app से मैने अबतक मैने कुछ ऑर्डर नही किया

Non professional people. They bring offer of 4+4 milk. Moment your 4 days paid period over they never delivered free milk to you. It's a cheating with customer. Avoid buying from such unprofessional app. i received a call and email and country delight not ressolve issue. infact they ask me to delete app and comment from here so that they goodwill not impact. This is the reality of such company.
Third class service, don't purchase anything from them, shame on you 😡

Very disappointed with Country Delight’s billing system. Prices and subscription fees were increased without any proper notification. On top of that, customer care keeps calling and forcing customers to buy grocery items by claiming they are on “50% discount,” but in reality these are fake claims. Today I ordered no maida bread from country delight I received fungus on bread. this is completely careless work from country delight and I raised the complaint no one is contacted me from country delight
2+2 doesn't need to be a subscription. It can simply be a one time offer. Keeping it under subscription is really confusing the offer.

in your milk packet ingredients sugar is shown. why is sugar added in the milk. wanted to talk to support for clarification but there is no way to reach Customer support. cannot find ways to unsubscribe as well.

The products and delivery is great! but the app is HORRIBLE. laggy, literally every single tap pushes a Vip membership prompt, extremely confusing pricing displays, and less than ideal layout. guys, look at other e-delivery apps like blinkit or Instamart or zepto or literally any other one. Maybe try something that works. great products, but the app makes it frustrating to get them. not difficult to, but frustrating.
