Coupon false advertisement / IT issue First time downloading the app and banners are everywhere offering a 15k coupon. When clicking it says I'm not eligible even though I just downloaded the app 30 minutes ago and never ordered anything. The customer service person first wanted screenshots to confirm the deal. Then they wanted my app version number and phone model. Finally they say I'll get a response in 1-3 days. Are you serious???? Is it 2005? Wow is...... Wow....... Ridiculous. Deleted.
계속 일시적인 문제가 있다고 말하며 나중에 다시 시도해 보라고 하는데요, 벌써 몇 시간이나 지났어요. 그냥 내 빌어먹을 도넛을 주문하고 싶다고요. 내 와이파이가 완벽하게 작동하는데도 데이터를 요구하고. 그리고 혹시나 몰라서 은행에 확인까지 해봤는데, 제 쪽에서는 아무 문제 없다고 하네요. They keep saying there's a temporary issue and tells me to try again later, but it's already been several hours. I just want to order my damn donuts. Even though my Wi-Fi is working perfectly, it ask for data. And I even checked with the bank just in case, and there are no problem on my end.
drivers apparently dont know how to read or look at a map because theyre are constantly going to the wrong location. which means it takes 2 hours until they get it right sometimes. And all you get is 3000krw compensation. i wish i could be paid to be a complete moron
customer service has been going downhill.
Mishandling customer data. No matter how good the app might be, this is a dealbreaker.
They deleted my negative review from a store that provided a terrible product and suspended my ability to review for 30 days. I immediately uninstalled the app and came to give them a lower review than the one that they deleted. If a business can have a review removed without challenge, then the reviews mean nothing.
It's not as easy as me ordering food in Grab or Uber in other countries. I can't select my country code Singapore to put my number. I have a kakao account. It's so hard to set up.
it is unfortunate when it comes to phone numbers, there are only a few countries for selection.
Free delivery is over. Was charged 3,000 won for a very short delivery today. I have an active WoW membership. Buyer beware.
