This app was great until the update. My boyfriend bought the subscription but had to change from iPhone to android and now we can't reconnect our accounts. The app will not allow you to contact customer service at all. Do not download this app! we are extremely disappointed now.
I love the app...Customer service sucks, though. I purchased a 1 year subscription on my iPhone, switched to Android, now I can't get back into the app I paid for. I have tried to email them several times and get zero replies. I'd gladly give them 5 stars if they would respond to my emails and get be back into my account

You can't answer the challenge question directly from the challenge, same as the Discovery cards; they should be answered in app, not sent to outside apps.
