ABSOLUTE SCAM! On purchasing a course, money was deducted but course was still not accessible. Money was deducted through Google play store. Coursera Support team maintains that they have no record of this transaction. This was after I shared my bank statements and receipts as proof of my purchase from Coursera Inc. FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE! Took Rs.3200 and says they have no record of it despite showing them the record!!!

The app itself is good enough for lots of short courses useful for basic understanding of a topic. Not sure how much weight they carry with employers, more for personal interest in my view. Anything that leads to recognised qualifications needs further payment to the subscription
Horrible experience, they charged me 42 euros for being a few HOURS late in cancelling my trial. I am pretty sure thats illegal in the EU. They are basically scammers. Never coming back!

No longer a good option for free learning. You can't audit a class for free anymore. Truly disappointing. It's best to look elsewhere, like the university/colleges websites directly or other places, like Khan and such.
$50 or nothing. waste of download. now it wont allow me to delete account..
sure you can learn stuff here. same as on YouTube. just now with quizzes. the real problem is customer support. even on the day a charge comes through your card, they refuse to refund you. expect to resolve such issues with your bank, their customer support is uncooperative.
There is no support for Urdu language 260 million people can't switch language.
impossible to receive certificate of course required by institution because of requested verification with document, that doesn't work neither on computer and phone

not ideal for learning machine learning even with subscription. after payment you will realise that the deeplearning.ai material is not included and you will be asked to pay more. thats sad
OJO ROBO TOTAL ESTA EMPRESA. Hace más de cuatro meses obtuve una beca de un año. Llevo ese tiempo intentando entrar y no ha sido posible por que no reconoce mi correo. cuando pido cambio de clave nunca llega el link para el cambio a mi correo. Y el servicio al cliente ya ni contestan los correos. Farsa total ésta empresa. Y lo peor me envían un correo diciendo que tranquilo que con los meses que quedan puedo hacer muchos cursos. OJO. ROBO TOTAL.

Very annoying. app did not save some of the assignments so i ended up with patchy completion. I like coursera in general but this app is a joke. Deleted obviously. waste of time

I'm facing trouble in signing in the app and website both are not working in new updates. That's annoying
without permission deduct the money from your account do not trust...
cheaters have taken money from me and did not give access and when I ask refund they are saying go to Google pay and ask refund what a joke so sad that my hard earned money is grabbed by these losers
I thought the trial was 14 days, not just 7. So I was charged a month at 66$. I wanted a yearly membership at 326$. They refused to refund the 66$. I never got an email to let me know the trial was about to expire. And never got an email to let me know I was charged for a month. While I do acknowledge that I made a mistake, Coursera support is not willing to help and accommodate clients.
No audit option exist now for any course you have only preview option which not make any sense Now coursera become like a every other courses websites
Non-existent customer service. You will never get a refund for any reason. I have never even used their course even during the trial and their "definitely human" support representative vomitted a long preprogrammed message how I accessed the course and its benefits (false) and thus refund is denied. Then it immediately kicked me out of the chat. Avoid!
Instructors yap like a crazy. Will not recommend.
app keep crashing when i open a course
Business model is one of the oldest scams in the book. Lure you in with a 7 day trial then hit you with a $50 charge.
What is wrong with this app!? Complete the course, passed in all the graded assessments, acquired above 80%in overall course, yet no certificate in sight and no reason why it is not generated, I wasted my whole day looking for it, atleast mention the issue why it is not being generated, I will correct it, but nothing!!!!!
Scumbag company only allows for a two week refund window designed for you to miss the charge until it's too late. When you do begrudgingly use the service you paid for again every page has a button saying reactivate when the end of your subscription is next year
Scam, I forgot to cancel my subscription by one day and they charged me 20$ and wont refund because of their "policy". I didn't even use their course, but they charged me regardless.

getting charged twice on a same account. that i use on my phone and tablet. which doesn't make sense if it's the same account got charged 2 days ago because I opened it from my tablet and now another charge because I used my phone

courses are outdated and they don't show the upload date. I got through a module for an Azure az-104 course only to realize it's 4 years out of date and the supplementary materials no longer exist on Microsofts site. For $60 a month I was hoping for up to date relevant materials or at least be able to search for the most recent courses so I didn't have to waste my time studying outdated content.
Somehow I've been charged 41 euros I've contacted the company and told them that I don't even have an account with them they haven't even answered me I've had to take it up with revolutes what's going on with this company. this is ridiculous they closed the case and they say they're not going to give me a refund I haven't used any of the courses
Worst app that I have ever seen. This app does not have any free course and has to pay so much for a single course. Did not like it at all.

I paid for a Coursera Plus subscription & after several interactions w/ Coursera "Customer Service" this is what happened: 1) Coursera AI Cust Sevc didn't have any solutions, just kept telling me it didn't understand & attempted to redirect to generic FAQs that didn't apply to me. 2) I was able to find Coursera email & detailed my problems with "Stuart" supposedly a human being (not AI) w/ "Coursera Support Team". Stuart ghosted me. Sadly, a 5 min phone call would fix this! Coursera sucks!!!🤬
New updates have been made to repel the consumers from accessing free courses. The initial idea of what Coursera was supposed to be is lost in the updates now.

Scam and got Cheated 😭.I didn't know they charged EXTRA $49 for professional AI after I signed up for annual subscription of $399. Found it after I saw the bill. So disappointed. You must clear says this doesn't cover even after signed up for annual membership. so disappointed 😞
Pathetic support systems. Using bot to respond to customer queries that the AI is obviously unable to handle, and this by a learning platform that has all the world's AI courses. Hope your team also takes some beginner courses to understand how to use bots in customer support. On top of that, even their human support is equally dumb, and they will decide when to close a support case, irrespective of a resolution. Go to their competitor if you prefer to keep your sanity.
Content is trash and they charge too much. Careful this company is a den of thieves. They will erroneously charge you and tell you to kick rocks.

bad don't waste your time
it had glitches often I started with my cell phone later on found out I needed a laptop which I didn't have and I paid for the courses
