This app is not designed for beginners. Workouts take too long, 1 1/2 hrs because I had to keep taking breaks. If this is your first time doing weightlifting, you have to jump straight to hour long workouts and then you will not be able to stand or fully extend your arms for 3 days. Theres no information about how to lift safely and the right posture for each lift. Also the food section search doesn't work, and nearly all recipes are from scratch and need protein powder so they cost a fortune
Awful customer service. I had the app for a 3 month subscription and cancelled so as not to renew and get charged. I have been charged every 3 months for over a year. Was told if I showed screenshots to prove I had cancelled and the billing was related to the app I would get a refund. I'm £200 down, emails get ignored then told to start a new thread, then that gets ignored too. I understand £200 isn't a lot to some but when you've cancelled you don't expect to keep getting charged. Frustrating!
Cast it to the TV and it's a little tiny box 😭 the app really needs improving. Have messaged on Instagram and always get ignored.
Cancel Subscription- so difficult
I cannot access this on my device, I have tried to press the restore setting, and nothing is happening. Advice would be appreciated, thank you.
Very poor designed app. All videos are in portrait and when you rotate phone the app does not rotate. If casting to TV its almost pointless as you have a tiny portrait image on TV. For a fitness app the vids should be in landscape and the app rotatable! Also why no android TV app?
Unfortunately the app stopped working and I followed the instructions on the app. At no point was I told I had to cancel. The restore option that was offered did not work.
I would love to say it's been great but it hasn't. I joined Dec 2020, 1 year subscription. Injured on 16 Feb and haven't used the app at all. No way of getting my money back. Spending over £100 and not allowing a refund is unfair.
I've downloaded the app twice (1st Install I uninstalled and installed again) at different times of the day and am unable to sign up. Error message that says "Oops something went wrong on our end"...? Hope the app works after sign up??
Freezes and a lot of bugs in the system
Progress resets everytime the app updates. Have to waste time now clicking through phases to return to where I was manually.
I subscribed to this as it looked really good and had the option of home and gym qorkpurs. Because I do my exercises at home I was really annoyed to find that most of the exercises you need specialist gym equipment for! Yes we can improvise with some weight but not benches and row machines etc. Really bad advertising so have cancelled.
My app has not been working since March. I have been going back and fourth with developer / contact for almost 4 weeks. I have sent screen shots to evidence my account and the issues I am having. At the end of every email sent to me it says ' we will get to the bottom of it' and I am still waiting. An offer of 1 mth was offered which is great, but clearly not if I still cannot get onto the app. I have uninstall Ed and re installed, checked with my phone provider and app store and all are fine.
Good in some ways but technically it's bad after years of having this app I STILLLLLLL can't download one workout it's a joke

Please fix this!! I'm using a Samsung Z Flip 4. Also the recipes are all terribly written, nearly all of them have a typo or error and the measurements are way off. Not only that but when you enter in your own food the calories are wrong as well. For a paid app it shouldn't have this many issues.

The app is amazing and the workouts are great! The meals are also delicious and easy to follow but If you have a Samsung you may have issues. I have tried to contact IT to resolve them but it's the second week into my 3 month subscription and I am still unable to access the app. My subscription rolled over and I am unable to restore my account. I wouldn't suggest subscribing, as you may have issues restoring your info. I have lost out on time and money.
Would not recommend - I'm a fit individual been doing exercises for over 20 years, used this app for 3 months when Lockdown hit to try something new from being bored of the norm and got injured. This was due to copying some of her morphed in to one exercises which have nil technique or form. I've never had a lower back injury and this has genuinely put me off. Really enjoyed the work outs too. Never again.
Tracking is awful, use MFP for FREE and watch her fitness videos on Instagram for FREE or YouTube for FREE. Literally no point paying for this app. VERY disappointed.
