Un bidone. L'app si freeza dopo aver inserito il codice ricevuto via SMS. Non si schioda nemmeno resettando storage e cache. Totalmente inutilizzabile. Ciaone.

Ridiculous UX. You sell coffee not rockets. Put a POS terminal on your machines and get rid of this junk
applicazione inutile, si connette ogni 30 tentativi (non dico contati ma quasi) in quanto da errore con la lettura NFC sul macchinario. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE SOPRATTUTTO SE SI SOFFRE DI NERVI

Ho provato a scaricare l'app due volte. Non si connette alle macchinette e la seconda volta ho fatto pure fatica ad accedere all'app stessa
Un disastro. Le ricariche falliscono 9 volte su 10. Il sistema di connessione con i dispositivi funzionano così male ed in modo talmente randomico che si è obbligati a passare ad usare la chiavetta fisica. Inutile e frustrante.

Terribile. Ci sono troppi livelli e passaggi per acquistare qualcosa. L'app è troppo complicata. Perché devo connettermi alla macchina? Perché hai bisogno della mia posizione? La VPN sul mio telefono fa crashare l'app! Per favore rendila più semplice. La disconnessione dovrebbe avvenire automaticamente dopo 5 secondi e la conferma pop-up deve scomparire da sola. Perché dovrei interagire con l'app dopo l'acquisto. scansiona e paga. Basta! Guardare Alipay, Satispay e WeChat Pay.

this is insane - I was just made to download an app that wanted me to create a wallet and connect it to a credit card just to buy a water bottle from an airport vending machine. is whoever thought it up ok? they could not have created a more convoluted and unpleasant user experience if they tried

Worst app ever Crash continuesly
Fa schifo. Chiede qualsiasi dato possibile, pure quante volte vai in bagno. Tre volte su quattro non si connette. Se si connette dice di essere giá connesso. Distributore col qr, l'app dice che il qr non è abilitato. L'app continua a refreshare a random. App terribile. Pessimo servizio.
Getting a cracker at a vending machine has become a full on tech operation, and you MUST put the amount they want ($5 minimum) even if you just want an 80c tea. Ridiculous. Edit: thanks for the useless answer, which only shown you couldn't even bother trading my review.
Why I have to download a new app for every coffee machine
The app does not connect to any vending machine for the past month. I have tried restarting my phone, switching Bluetooth and NFC on and off, but nothing. Also, for some reason the nfc reader on the vending machine can not read directly my phone or bank card, so I need to always keep pocket change to use it.
Pure garbage.
It took money from my bank account but didn't credit them in the app. Support is ignoring me

Why the hell should I have an app and register to buy water from a vending machine? If you want my data at least discount the product at the vending machine in exchange for my data.
Ma davvero per prendere un caffè, devo attivare bluetooth, nfc e localizzazione, oltre alla verifica di email e numero di telefono??? App e servizio orribile.
Useless piece of s..... Trying to buy a kid bottle of water in hospital. After downloading 50mb of app, 10 minutes of verifications for both email and cell phone I just learned that I need to refill the wallet that i will never use again with minimal amount of 5euro. To buy a bottle water for.60 cent. Designed by Id...ots. maximum user unfriendly.
Uno schifo. Funziona 1 volta su 10, chiede spesso di rifare il login, oggi chiede il numero di cellulare: lo scrivo, ma... "numero non valido". Le lunghissime istruzioni per riuscire a collegarsi dicono di scollegare il bluetooth, spegnere e riaccendere il telefono più volte... UPDATE: suggerimenti inutili nella risposta: i dati sono memorizzati e ho l'accesso biometrico. L'app chiede comunque il login almeno due volte al mese.

Per prendere una bottiglietta di acqua in un ospedale bisogna perdere mezz'ora a farsi identificare, confermare, autorizzare attività promozionali... Speculazione penosa. Senza contare che l'sms con codice di conferma non arriva.
Per favore ditemi che questa app la avete fatta fare ad un gruppo di studenti al 3zo anno del ITIS.. Anzi no, uno studente sarebbe capace di fare di meglio

Ladri. Riferito al servizio di Stima Srl di Catania. Gia' avviato reclamo telefonico a Stima Srl per 3 euro addebitate su app a fronte di 30 centesimi di euro per una bottiglia di acqua da 50 cl e non e' affatto la prima volta. Nessuna risposta. Diffidate assolutamente di questa app perche' se e nelle mani gestori poco onesti diventa uno strumento di FURTO. App sconsigliata. Meglio usare le monetine sui dispenser di bevande e cibo. Back to the Stone Age: not recommended at all.

Today doesn't work
Applicazione pessima. Spesso non vede la macchinetta delle bevande. Altre volte si collega e si scollega subito dopo aver selezionato la bevanda o cibo. L'unica cosa che funziona bene è ricaricare....
Con l'ultimo update non funziona più. Non trova nessuna VM

Used to be fine but now Not working. Has stopped recognising the machine even when I'm stood basically touching it. I have the most up to date version of the app.
