My family has had the Cozi app for several years & loved it until recent. It freezes, logs us out randomly, says can't update our calendar & now I'm unable to get into the app! I tried logging in & it said it doesnt recognized my log in. so I tried changing my password & it takes me to a web-based version of Cozi. The web version allows me to access but the look is horrible & not very user friendly. Now I cant use the Cozi app, I have to access thru the web? This is ridiculous & needs fixed!

Having to manually open the app every single time defeats the purpose of having a widget for quick organization. DO BETTER!.... Update....STILL WAITING FOR FIX! 🤨

This used to be a great app. my family has had it for years and we loved it. Now its constantly logging us out and when we try to log in it doesn't recognize password and prompts us to change. when it is logged in, it's deleting items off the list randomly. I literally just filled in my grocery list and it erased it all when I was finished. They really messed up a good thing.
can't upgrade
Doesn't have key features that we need! 1) You can't customize repeatability (you can't set up events for "every 2 weeks or every 5th day"). You can only use their built in periodicity such as daily, weekly, monthly. 2) You are forced to fill out time blocks for every event. So within 2 mins of downloading, I found out I can't put my work schedule in the app with out typing in every week separately and I create a daily task lists without putting in times.
paid for pro, but pro features still locked
Was bad enough with the sheer volume of ads. Always pop in on a delay so you click them on accident. But now the app won't even work! Refuses to let me log in no matter what I clear or reset, anything! Useless
App is getting worse as time goes on to force you to upgrade to the paid version. I'm probably going to drop it and move to a new one that isn't as annoying pushing an upgrade and paywalling super basic features. UPDATE dropped stars down to 1. App is bugged to hell, items get randomly deleted, lists move around without my permission, ads load in just as you tap the screen and take you out of the app. It's more of a pain to use than anything else and I'm over it, uninstalling.

Our family has used its app for years but lately it's been very buggy. it deletes things from our shopping list randomly. it moves all over lists around. our shopping list is always on top and it has been moving it down to the bottom. I make an entire shopping list and then it deletes everything and puts things back on the list that I've already deleted previously. it deletes things from our calendar. we go to add a new thing to the calendar and it'll put it on a completely random day.
Even the calendar features are behind a paywall. No thanks.
"Organizer" that charges you to schedule a month in advance. What an actual joke.
Terrible for Samsung users. The shared calendar doesn't show colors and the daily information is below the the number. Giving the indication the information is for the day above it. Can't modify the calendar to resemble a normal calendar either.
Cozi is a 5 star app, but whatever they did with this last update is making me rethink my subscription which I've had since 2017. Whenever I'm using my top list, usually groceries, when I'm done using it the app moves the list all the way to the bottom of my list main page. they also got rid of swiping either left or right to delete items off the list. This nuisance is definitely a 1 star feature.
free version is garbage. sooo many restrictions it's not usable
no flexibility on muting certain spam notifications from the school that drops on every single day of the year and takes up space. chore chart is basic. and the whole system is super glitchy
UI is not intuitive and difficult to navigate
It was a usable app. It is now a pure annoyance with the amount of new bugs in the last few months. Not to mention the UX "choices" made. A circular progress indicator after every single edit, really? Seriously? Only to then show list in the wrong order, too. If I were to make a guess: Congrats on switching to vibe coding. Do y'all check it at all or whatever, push to prod without looking?
We had been using Cozi as a family for many years, but in the last month, it has almost become unworkable. The biggest problem has been items disappearing from shared lists, which has been awful for grocery shopping. Also annoying has been the "last list used" used to be the default in the home screen, but now we have to go in and search for the grocery list every time. We'll be looking for a new app.
been using this app to coordinate between my wife and I (she has iPhone I have android) for years without problem and now I can't even add items to the phone because I'm getting a failure to connect error.
review keeps freezing
my partner always clean the grocery list when they open it and everything that is Younger than a certain date has to be all over again. this means that the grocery list is useless
Edited to change my rating from 5 to 2. I've been on this app since 2015 or 2016. This latest update (3/6/26) has messed with the lists. Items automatically go to the bottom rather than the top, AND our lists are rarely syncing between family members. This was one of the best features of this app, and I hope you can fix it.
Been using this app since 2015. Once was $19.99 a yr now its $39.99. Definitely not worth the price. Back to the free version
Every update makes it worse. They have deliberately chosen to prevent offline use of lists.
