I decided to not pay for another year, which means all of the notes about my doctors appts are gone. I have no clue what their addresses are, and other important info. The free version is trash and the paid version is not user friendly. My family switched to another app and I cant even get my info on Cozi over to the other app. Beware of these things before paying so much money every year.
You have to have premium to do alot of it

Was an amazing app, but has been increasingly having problems. Am canceling my subscription and moving in, enough is enough.
reinstall does not solve this issue. my partner always clean the grocery list when they open it and everything that is Younger than a certain date has to be all over again. this means that the grocery list is useless
I have used this app for about 10 years. I gave it higher reviews. Now it kicks you off randomly and it won't recognize your password. I can't login now as I type this. It has become very buggy over the past year. My wife has the same issues with her app too.
I have been a paid user of Cozi for multiple years now, but the current state of the app is unacceptable for a premium subscription. It used to be a great tool, but it has become incredibly buggy lately. The widget is a disaster; it constantly goes blank, and even when it’s working, it won't let me add items to my shopping list. Having to manually open the app every single time defeats the purpose of having a widget for quick organization Update.... Uninstalled/Reinstalled still doesn't work :/
since the last update, the only one who can add groceries and stuff is my mom, because when me or my dad does it, they just get deleted. we were paid members for years, but now we are probably going to end the membership because it's worthless to pay for three people when only one can use it.
trash update.
1 star for requiring google play to repeatedly display notifications telling me to update. i dont want to update and there is no way to stop this without uninstalling
My family has had the Cozi app for several years & loved it until recent. It freezes, logs us out randomly, says can't update our calendar & now I'm unable to get into the app! I tried logging in & it said it doesnt recognized my log in. so I tried changing my password & it takes me to a web-based version of Cozi. The web version allows me to access but the look is horrible & not very user friendly. Now I cant use the Cozi app, I have to access thru the web? This is ridiculous & needs fixed!
labeled as a free calendar app, but the calendar is behind a paywall for anything beyond 3 days. useless unless you want to pay the subscription for the upgraded features anyway.
Continuous bugs and issues stop this from being a great app

5/15/26 Update: (from 5 to 2 stars) This app WAS awesome until their recent update that causes SEVERE lag. There's a 10-20 second lag every list entry that never existing before and is increasingly annoying and inefficient. It should be free to use at this rate. Needs to be fixed ASAP! Partial previous review from 2014/015: This app is awesome! HIGHLY recommend it! It was introduced to us by.....
