Awful app, website not much better. Try to log in for rewards it sends you to the website. what's the point of an app if it sends you to the site? The app constantly spins while paying. Last time, it kept spinning, so I had to start the order process over. 2nd time, same thing. 3rd time it failed, I called the store (it no longer goes to the local store but to a call center) placed my order. I received 2 orders because my 1st site payment had gone thru! Lucky I wasn't double charged.

hardly ever works
There are constant problems with this app. I am rarely able to order anything via the app without there being an issue where I decide to just go somewhere else. Today I attempted to order breakfast and when I tried to check out, got an error that stated I needed to update the app before I could place the order. I went to the play store and guess what, no indication that an update was needed. I tried THREE times entering and re-entering the info. Finally just went to McDonald's
literally lost business because of having to login every time on the app , insane
app quit working on my device! can no longer use it
The rewards doesn't work. The server should tell customers that the rewards aren't working. I had a reward for free cinnamon rolls and I was told by the cashier that the rewards aren't working. Had I known, I wouldn't have gotten them. Not very happy.

app will not update on all Android OS's
let's me get all the way through placing an order and entering my credit card I fo, then tells me the app needs updating to place my order. And guess what, there's no update to be had for the app, so I can't even order.
Can't download the app.
no matter how much I update the app or uninstall & reinstall this app no longer functions correctly. it keeps me logged out and when I attempt to log in it will accept my info but still say that I need to log in once it takes me back to the home page. this is ridiculous. y'all need to hire a better app developer.
no longer compatible with my phone
Terrible app. it always logs you out and then doesn't allow me to log in. when you click log in, it opens field to enter email address. When email is entered and try to continue it just goes away and takes you back to the page that tells you to sign in. the horrible app has stopped me from ordering on multiple occasions as it is not worth the effort to try and give you some business. great job designing an app that actively drives away your customers
as useless as an app gets. you can't pay with the app. it directs you to the website where you have to login again. of course that's obvious. what's the point of this stupid app??
sucks
This app is absolute garbage. When I try to check out as a guest, it empties my cart every time. I finally broke down and decided to just sign up. I entered all of my informatio only to be told " something went wrong". This happened multiple times. I woke up in a good mood and wanted to order some breakfast curbside to go. Now my morning has been ruined and I'm pissed off.
cannot find store locations
I got a notification to update the app. Then I can't because it's not compatible with my device. Sorry but your app isn't that important to request a new phone. You're blocking customers. Good job development. 🤣
This app will not let me create an account, it will not let me order as guest, it keeps deleting items that I add to the order - this app simply just does not work.
Ask me to update, but no update is available.
Since the upgrade, it says it is not compatible with my phone, erased all my points, and won't load at all on my phone. Tried everything they asked, they/I, still could not get it to work!

Doesn't work properly.
I usually order on the app. However, today was the worst experience ever! I spent 30 minutes trying to order & kept on getting an error message!!! I Uninstaller then installed again. Word to Cracker Barrel.... go to the original app & NO UPDATES!!!!!

Hidden fees on rewards & frequent false advertising. Safeway/Albertsons have better tasting fried chicken ( at less than 1/2 the price ) and Hormel has far better refrigerated mashed potatoes without incorporating the black eyes and peels. Uninstalled app!
