even the adds freeze and don't load. companys paying for add time should be outraged.

I've contacted support many times and either I get ignored or they can't figure it out. The app doesn't work; I don't know why I'm paying for something I can't use. The screen goes blank 90% of the time, and I'm unable to watch anything. This has been going on for years now!
TOO MANY ADS
You have now become one of those apps that randomly logs you out and requires you to then sign back in again. No. Plus you also got rid of the "Throwbacks" section when you merged the CTV app. So, we're done. 👋

The app is always freezing and can't watch much of any shows
This app sucks. Bell is a multi million dollar company, but too cheap to update the infrastructure of the app. As a result, the videos are extremely glitchy and I constantly have to restart the app resulting in having to watch more ads. To add to this, I pay for a premium account and I am a bell customer but still find they play ads on some of their content. Its just extremely bad customer service and business on their part. I do not recommend anyone pay for this service, as its not worth it.

Nobody asked for Crave to ruin movies but they volunteered anyway. Losers. Further proof that blu-ray are better. And now with tons of ads to help ruin your entertainment experience. I'm cancelling this garbage because it sucks.
we subscribed for world cup games. the app has not worked for us once. the service we received was horrible. we waited for hours to speak with someone and when we finally got through she was rude, unhelpful and did not take ownership for any of the issues we were having with the app or the company.
make it cheaper. too expensive

absolutely horrible crashing every 20 sec trying to watch game of thrones. canceling after 1st month only app that does this sad. using samsung tablet s9fe

What they say is lie. What Crave is saying, it shows live worldcup. But couldn't find Argentina vs Austria. I unsubscribed from crave. Not recommending this app. I had guests over to watch Live Worldcup but unfortunately this app was not able to.
Trash video quality on Premium. Paying for this kind of poor service in 2026 is insane.
absolutely horrible crave used to be good but it will randomly restart my episode glitch and now it has subtitles on and won't come off.
Would give 0 stars if possible. Randomly crashes, shows 8 ads instead of 4. Just a horrible app. Wouldnt even let ke watch past a part in a movie, only reason I used this is i got it free, and it still isnt worth it!

This app needs to be fixed it doesent work correctly i keep getting the same error code and cant do anything to fix it for how much we pay u should atleast be able to stream stuff on it. it keeps replaying ads over and over again and crashes after the ads end and when u reload into the app it puts u in the ads and then crashes such a terrible experience please fix this how is this possible to make such a terrible app.
glitchy streaming, TONS of ads. way more ads than other basic subscriptions, often have to force stop and reload due to streaming issues, can't rewind or ff without having to sit through more ads. whatever you do, don't fall asleep while watching
extremely terrible customer service when I was chatting with the people I chatted to at least 10 people cuz no one wanted to chat with me and help me with my problem they kept on putting up a web page to search for my problem which that didn't help one guy even came on and called me a sir in what world is Laura a man's name like really I was chatting with them for 2 hours finally someone wanted to actually help me with my problem all I wanted to do was stream crave through my computer that's it
it was good before with no sign in but now you got to sign in to watch your movies. that's just utterly dumb. please get rid of the ads and the sign in it would be a lot more better like that

Videos won't play on Sony tv
The Apple make me watch 12 ads in a row. every three ads it says there's an error in connection and replay four ads again. kind of a waste of money.
There is essentially no free content available, despite paying for CTV channels with my TV subscription. Don't recommend.
Nothing plays. No live channels, no shows. Fix your app. Only reason I even have access it via phone plan.. don't waste your money subscribing.
misleading app
2.5 was into my subscription and Crave changed the only show, the reason I get the subscription from included to pay per episode. Would not even give a partial refund. TOTAL SCAM, BAIT AND SWITCH MARKETING WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN CANADA
I am extremely disappointed with Crave's World Cup coverage. Despite advertising that a premium package would provide access to all games, I'm only seeing a very limited selection, with some days offering only one match. This is not what I paid for or expected based on their marketing, and I feel that because of their false advertising, they cannot be trusted. I would not recommend this service.
Everytime I download episode to watch it outside my home, if my downloads is kind of fresh it works ok, if my downloads are a couple of days old, when I try to launch it, it crashes. what's the point? I do not have unlimited bandwidth on my cell phone, I have to be careful with it, pre downloading shows I wanna watch later is one of the best way to do it.

Got the subscription to watch Fifa and you can't even play the live games!!! This app sucks but!!!! I want a refund too!! Also go to Tsn or prime and subscribe to Tsn there. way better viewing experience!
WHY ARE ALL OF THE COMMERCIALS SO LOUD???????? Seriously, they are about 10x the volume of the actual show you are watching. its not just annoying its quite painful if you have earbuds in. Fix this or I will be canceling my premium subscription (yes some shows still have commercials even with premium - and too many and too long, but that is a different complaint!)
Craves content is good. But the ads are too much. I get it, but you'll finish with some ads then literally 10 seconds back into the show there's more ads. It's so frustrating!!
Ugh.... probably one of the worst streaming apps... laggy, crashes and plays ads multiple times when the streams bug.
