I now have a new number but I cant change my phone number on app because I have to log in and they send code to my stollen phone. should be able to log in with just a damn password. All I want to do is check my balance be glad when account is paid up. will not use again
terrible. I was accepted for credit to get 6 months interest free as I have a holiday coming up and my agreement isn't there to sign.. bought it outright instead as i need it tomorrow. terrible service.

im new to this company. my first payment came out.... then it got reversed and now ive had a late payment charge. my account has the sufficient funds to make the payment too.... never had this issue with any other finance companies
I clearly have a creation account and can login on the app and website, but when I go to buy something on the Currys website and it asks me to login to creation creation deny the existence of the account.
how do I make payment through this app when something is always wrong , I have not been able to use it since I opened the app. I have called and no solution was provided. I went back to curry's they said I should contact you guys. im fed up

they won't take direct debits and won't let me pay in the app because the 2 separate plans are both less than £5 and you can't pay less than £5, they won't put the 2 plans together. So, every single month, I must ring them and spend an hour and a half on the phone to pay a bill and every month they promise my DD is set up

never had an issue with this company, never missed payments. In fact my £1200 balance was nearly paid during my interest free period. Then I get an email saying my credit is getting reduced to £450???? with no explanation. I have a good credit score and never defaulted on any of my credit cards etc. So a great big thanks for doing that Creation. I was gonna use my account for Christmas, but instead I'll clear it and close my account. Thanks for nothing!!!!

Very disappointed with Creation Finance. I paid off my balance months early and always paid on time, yet my credit report still incorrectly shows that I owe £434. This is negatively affecting my credit score. I contacted customer service several times, but nobody seemed to understand the issue or help resolve it. Poor customer service and inaccurate credit reporting.
