I can't pay I click pay then the app crashes
they showed 12 months phone installments without interest but start getting interest on first month .

Everytime I try to log in to the app I just keep getting stuck in a loop. enter my details, confirms my email is registered and then goes back to step one, so I cannot log in so cannot say whether it is a 1 star app or 5 star app.

Logging in doesn't work. Resetting password doesn't work. Completely useless.
Impossible to set up login, just in a loop entering email address and identify information then back to start. I'm unable to set up the account in order to make payments but have a finance agreement with a company that use this organisation to provide credit. It is unusable.

This app is appalling and I will never use it again. We tried to pay in full for a cooker today. The payment hasn't registered at all. The app is difficult to navigate and has definitely deteriorated since I last used it 6 months ago. Now we're going to have to go out of our way to visit the store to sort this mess out. Not good enough Currys - do better.
Absolutely useless. Just keep going round in circles no access to my account at all

updated the app cant seem to find anyrhing about creation finance other than offers for home diy which directs you to their website and guess what cant find anything about finance please creation fix this
failed to get through to customer service after pressing this number then another then another only to be told ring a completely different number. complete waste of time. won't be using them again
