crashes a lot very bad
total waste of time.
practically impossible to use successfully. I managed to get to the proof of address . But typically for Samsung, screen disappeared, this would not have happened had I been able to download proof of address from my cloud but there is no option for this. anyway went back in to start again, I don't know what is different this time but it is just NOT POSSIBLE TO ALIGN THE PASSPORT PHOTO WITH THE SCREEN. Gave up, wasted enough time on poor app which I dont have much of at my age

Needs to tell you all the silly steps it needs like NFC before you start, so I don't need to keep restarting my application.

very misleading photo collection creates a false image that is zoomed in and then submits a photo including a lot more of your background/sensitive document etc

This app is required for you to sell YOUR OWN house. It takes ALL your data and then advises that they take no responsibility if they're hacked. You have no option but to accept all the terms and conditions which they can change at any time. 1984

Poor design, it puts capture buttons on the phone screen where you cannot use them!
