I borrowed a $100 from this app and paid it back with no issues. Time to pay rent and it only approved for $10 right after I just paid the app back. It will approve you for $100 then it goes down to $10 after you pay them back. You can't manually make the payment. You have to wait for them to take it out even if there is an issue. If you don't barrow right away after you pay them back they will lower what you are approved for. There are much better apps out there don't use this one
Credit Genie took my repayment early before the agreed due date and has continuously processed/reprocessed the transaction for days. Multiple withdrawal attempts were made from my account, the money was eventually taken, and the payment still shows as processing. I have contacted support multiple times with screenshots and have received no response whatsoever. This is unacceptable when you are handling people’s bank accounts and money. I need someone from Credit Genie to actually address this.
second guess about this app when you uninstall an app to cancel subscription they keep charging you monthly
give less money every time but still want arm and a leg.
Sometimes won't even open, the app keeps freezing when I'm playing games.. could you please fix that. oh I see I'm getting too close to winning the 10 dollars that's why it's shutting down.

wont except my bank card that is connected to my bank. it says error we dont take prepaid. what a joke my card my bank card haha 😄 not prepaid I think you systems has bugs.
high rates for sane day on low payout
finally able to file a class action lawsuit against them .they took money out my account 5/2026 in I cancel membership in 12/25. I suggest you guys do the same.. to genie customer service I didn't delete account thinking it closed I deactivated my membership no way from Dec 2025 to may 2026 /12/25 didn't take membership fee cause I cancel jan2026 didn't cause I cancel Feb 2026 didn't cause its cancel all of sudden may 2026 y'all go in my account in steal 10 dollars not on my watch lawyer up asap
This app was okay at first. They got their payment. I tried it again. My next payment isn't til 5/27/26. They have charged me $64.92 and $50.07 just in last few days and now I'm paying overdraft charges. I don't know what the random $64.92 or $50.07 is for as my payment isn't due til 5/27/26 now I have additional overdraft charges at my bank. What's going on?
****UPDATE 5/7/26****APP SHOWS NEW REPAYMENT DATE ALIGNING WITH MY PAYCHECK DATE. WHEW. ****5/6/26****UPDATE: Tried again to change repayment date. It continues to NOT WORK. REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.****BOTH TELEPHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT IN SERVICE**** Customer service impossible to reach immediately and they haven't fixed problems. Only one week for repayment date. App does not align with paycheck date. Instructions for change repayment date DO NOT WORK.

never use credit credit genie I never got any money from them ever and they never leave me alone they hit up my account sometimes three times in one day trying to charge me like 29999 over and over and over to where it's like 20 30 times in 30 days month after month after month scamming people don't even notice they're not paying attention to who's taking what out of their account this group is something else
This app is horrible, it doesn't work most of the time , I can't request a cash advance as I get an error on the last part , even after changing wifi connection, deleting and reinstalling the app, erasing cache , login out and in of my account , nothing seems to make this app work. So disappointing
Took $300 of MY personal money and I only owed $150! Customer Service is just an email with no response. Really put me in a bad position because of their mistake and now I can't even get into the app! DO NOT USE THIS APP THEY ARE THEIVES!.

I refuse to be taken advantage of by these predatory lenders A1 generated nonsense. I borrow 50 got billed 70.99 plus 9.99.

Problems with app: The app is overcharging the subscription fee, it's declining the checking account debit card that's linked, and it's freezing. Edit: Thank you for responding. However, I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and signing out, but the problem with the debit card is still there. I contacted support regarding these issues.
Weird layout not the best to use there is better out there, but if you need like $25 i guess it would be good, but it's just not really good. The layout is terrible. The way how everything set up? It keeps logging me out every time. There's better out there but go ahead and try it. And see if you like it for me. I didn't like it
