terrible experience, I feel like I have been scammed. I borrowed money, then they let me borrow an extra 50 and when I paid it back the final time they wouldn't let me borrow anymore because they were making up something that says my bank account was linked to someone else account when that is impossible so yes I feel scammed

I highly don't recommend this app for cash advance let me explain I was approved for a cash advance, when my repayment came up they try to take the money one day early and when they did that it messed everything up, I couldn't not repay them I contacted support with no help it took two weeks after till repay them and now they won't allow cash advance anymore and it's completely all there fault don't do it save your self the headach

This Co has taken the $9.99 fee from my bank account 3 or 4 x's now but has never given me an advance. I wrote them a month ago bc I want refunded and NO ONE replied to or contacted me via email, which is the only form of contact they offer, yet I still got an email asking me to rate the service no one would bothered to provide. I thought at least they'd have cancelled future charges to my account BUT NO. Im contacting my state Attorney General, this is a SCAM!!

If you can avoid this App AVOID IT!!!!!!!! I had "1" repayment and these people took "2," one from my checking and one from my debit card, there's no number to contact anyone, only an email. I have been reaching out for over a week, you get an automatic response that says they respond within the next business day and you never get that response, I have been trying to get a response for a little over a week and now Im going threw my bank to dispute the charge because they refuse to respond!!!!!!

Received an email from a Marcus M. and was told another 24hrs. A week later still no help, still attempting to double dip and charge me twice for one advance. I thought this app was supposed to help in a financial pinch but it ended up causing more issues. Never Again. Worst Customer Service Experience Ever.

This is a disgusting scam. I originally had an account that I lost access to before I even had a chance to use. And instead of helping me with that I am now not able to add the only bank account that you allow of mine that would qualify. because customer service says that it's banned Not to mention updating my phone number was unsuccessful because of the same account that I never use. Customer service is not helpful at all and they just want all of your information to sell. Never using again
