DO NOT download or use this app! Credit One is scamming consumers. I have reported them to the Fair Credit Comission for fraudulant activity. Make a payment with this app, the deposit is withdrawn from your account, but dissapears. After 6 months of on time payments since opening the account, Credit One immediately sold my account to collections. I have all copies of my deposits and will be filing in court.
If I could give -5 stars that wouldn't be bad enough. I have been out of town for medical appointments and missed my April 20 payment. Within a few days they were calling up to 8 times a day, many under an hour between calls. I've never been late before. I will pay this card off as soon as possible and close my account. I will report this to the FTC because that many calls is illegal and harassing. I deserve to have the late payment waived due to the stress and incessant phone calls. Awful!
they lock ur account for no reason so they can keep ur money and keep paying them
terrible customer service. they cancelled my card after I activated it. it will be 30 days before I can even use the card. took 14 days to receive the first one. terrible. stay away. customer service call may as well talk to a brick wall

this is the worst company that can deal with they closed my account without any notice neither an app notification or email
The app isn't the problem in my experience, it's the card itself! Got a pre-approved offer in the mail and I accepted it. They said I was approved with a $400 line of credit and $100 cash advance limit. After getting the card in the mail I activated it then tried to use it but it was declined. I call customer service and was told that there was a restriction on my card and I needed to send a copy for of my driver's license, recent utility bill and proof of income. Ridiculous!!!! 0 stars!!!
haven't had issues until they started making my account over my limit by one dollar then put a note threatening to close my account if not paid. then I pay it and they don't update my balance instead they hold my money for a bank validation request from my bank and the info there requesting on it my bank will not provide every single thing. now I'm out of 400 dollars that I paid and needed because I just moved and need to pay my phone bill. now I cant. if they correct this I'll change my review
Is the app and website under constant construction? Haven't been able to pay my bill due to app AND website down. Pain in the ahh. No one has time for this.
. they call your number when you never even opened a card thru them and ask for payments. they were already sued for this once.....

Because Credit One has NEVER MAILED ME MY PHYSICAL CARD I AM UNABLE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING OUTSIDE OF GOOGLE WALLET. THEY HAVE SUPPOSEDLY MAILED ME A CARD ON THREE OCCASIONS, EACH TIME CANCELING MY CARD, AND ALL I HAVE IS A VIRTUAL CARD ASSOCIATED WITH MY GOOGLE WALLET. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT MY CARD NUMBER IS, NOR ANY OTHER DETAILS SUCH AS EXP. DATE AND CSV. EXTREMELY SAD.

They are a scam they started taking my credit before I could use the card and then tried to get me to pay them back for the credit they took stay away from them and don't ever sign up for this they will take the credit before you ever get a chance to use the card. I was just going to use it for emergencies but I never got the chance to do that so I cut the card up and closed the account cause I'm not about to pay you for ruining my credit.
Avoid this company. Incredibly oppressive bank with exploitative practices designed to set you up for failure. They delay posting transactions. Annual fee, high fees, policies designed to result in extra, unjustified charges. The app is remarkably lacking in normal features. Their customer service processes seem to be designed to frustrate you and keep you from using it. The consistent dysfunction is a designed feature, not a bug. Avoid if at all possible!

Worst financial institution. They absolutely take advantage of you. $5 express pay? Takes the same amount of time. Held up getting my dog euthanized...real talk. Random charges. Zero customer service. Do not recommend at all.
I have made payments 2xs and got it sent back they claim and but also have a 3 .00 worth of over draft protection sad bc no reason my bill more than limit when payment sent so not worth having. and nobody that can help with what this happened..they just said want payment but can't answer me why. I won't ever have sr this again and my sister is having the same issue with hers

Stay clear of credit one they will scam you. payment due yesterday I'm on auto pay. Went on the app this morning to check my balance it said MARCH 6th $29 late fee and MARCH 6th processing payment of $50. How can my payment be late when I'm on auto pay. Also they will screw your credit score. They say my score is 555. that's a joke. Don't know where they get that info from cause my FICO score is 628.
A terrible app. It has never worked right. Customer service is nasty. I don't like it
