easy approval. it is working properly. I have recommended it to two of their newest patrons. update- one month in and I can honestly say that these people are scumbags, committing willful negligence to the point that a pretty young lady is being hospitalized. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS FINANCER!! IM APPALLED. as God himself as my witness, appalled. I am removing my five star rating to as low as it will go. Google, you should be ashamed of being involved with such people.

credit one needs someone that speaks English on the phone
paid extra $5 to have instant account update and increase in available credit. its been 2 days still no increase or update to payment history or increase. scam of $5. I'll have to review full history and report it to the NYSAG office.
worst credit card company I've experienced less then 1 star of possible.
horrible service and habits. they called me every day 4+ times a day before my first bill was due, just to read a script about my payment options, what date my bill was due on and the penalties for late payments. then exactly 5 days later I got a new statement for a payment due at the end of the month. mind you I just paid my bill on the due date of June 26th. this entire service is a nuisance.
this bank is awful. do not go with them.

worst credit card company ever. had card hacked 3 times in a year! no other cards have ever been hacked. horrible customer service when you can talk to someone.
2023: Stay away from this card. This is the worst credit card I've ever had. I wish I had never even gotten it. I made the mistake of using the card for gas, to find that it charges an up front fee of $165, which doesn't refund for one week. Each of my other cards charge an up front fee of only $1. I hate this card *** 2026 updated review: I was right to be skeptical. I've been on hold waiting for the fraud department to pick up the phone for over thirty minutes. This is ridiculous. Stay away.
Very shady business practices. I only opened credit card to increase my credit score, but never use, lesson learned.
