The app crashes everytine i try to use it. States every day that I have a new monitor on my credit. Log in and nothing is there.
Great when it actually works. It's pretty buggy and has been constantly crashing on my lately when I try to use it for the summary page. there's better apps out there that don't crash this much for keeping an eye on your credit and help you build/rebuild credit.

Doesn't load. everytime I'm on the profile section of the app it automatically closes every single time. I even uninstalled and redownloaded so I just gave up. smh
Application force closes it's self after biometric log in. With out showing me anything or allowing me to use the app. Using an up to date Samsung S26 Ultra

Impossible to navigate Impossible to navigate. Touching things and nothing changes.
I have used this app for years and it's no longer useful to me because of the changes and they want you to pay for everything. I used to be able to clearly see each credit score category and the grade (A, B, C, etc.). This helped me understand what I needed to work on. Now I have to search the entire app to even find anything useful, it's all advertisements. Very frustrating and I am switching to Credit Karma.
my phone was stolen when I got this app so dont know who is using. some family member for sure. can u help me find who is using
Scam. phoney scores
the spam from this app is constant, telling me "your credit score went up". then I would check it and it's the exact same.
nothing but a scam. ran by scammers and all they want to do steal your money and info.

and I will always want my money 💸 back period such a hasel to get anything done in here
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! This app is not helpful at all. It is a waste of time.

not happy I paid for the monthly subscriptions accurat unlock me out of the app saying my pain and password weren't correct which I just signed in with then said the app is not available at this time

Update the app so it's compatible with older phones! If I can't use an Credit Sesame app then I am not interested in an C.S. account.
absolute garbage, tells you you can try the plus membership for free, except you can't try it for free because you have to pay to use any of the features. trash app. going back to credit karma. byeee

I signed up after that it wouldn't let me log on but one time.Then it kept telling me my info was not correct.Then the customer service didn't fix the problem,so they are no longer any use to me
you make it to hard to get in

its been a great app but all of a sudden it closes /crashes every time I try to open it right after my score opens.
False advertising!! I started the 7 day free trial because it advertised that I would be able to see all 3 scores, after agreeing to the trial, I still was only able to see my Transunion score and report. Now it wants me to skip trial and pay for Credit sesame + in order to view all 3 scores and reports. That's false advertising and you already had a class action lawsuit about this issue a few years back. That's very deceiving, please fix!!

It says that if something is wrong on your profile to contact support yet I can't get a human being. All I get is an AI autobot and it only gives me certain options and none of the options have to do with the problem that I have which is that my last name is incorrect.
it's an okay app. I hate the card. can't say that the app it's reliable when it comes to analyzing the pages that are two in one. it's disturbing when one side of a page interferes with the other side. not much info to fixing or gaining credit. just a dot notification and nothing else! I've stopped all deposits because it's been too difficult to transfer funds. how does anyone gain credit with this app?
