I have used this app for years and it's no longer useful to me because of the changes and they want you to pay for everything. I used to be able to clearly see each credit score category and the grade (A, B, C, etc.). This helped me understand what I needed to work on. Now I have to search the entire app to even find anything useful, it's all advertisements. Very frustrating and I am switching to Credit Karma.
my phone was stolen when I got this app so dont know who is using. some family member for sure. can u help me find who is using
Scam. phoney scores
the spam from this app is constant, telling me "your credit score went up". then I would check it and it's the exact same.
nothing but a scam. ran by scammers and all they want to do steal your money and info.

Update the app so it's compatible with older phones! If I can't use an Credit Sesame app then I am not interested in an C.S. account.
absolute garbage, tells you you can try the plus membership for free, except you can't try it for free because you have to pay to use any of the features. trash app. going back to credit karma. byeee

I signed up after that it wouldn't let me log on but one time.Then it kept telling me my info was not correct.Then the customer service didn't fix the problem,so they are no longer any use to me

I am not able to use this app on my tablet anylonger, but it still allows me to get it on my cellphone. My eyesight is bad and I can not read any of my updated credit line on my cellphone. Why has this app changed so I can no longer allowed to use this app on my tablet?
They provided notice that they were closing Sesame cash from the app on 11/17 but in reality they locked things down days earlier without notification. This led to me getting fees as a payment I made several days prior to the 17th was not honored and then I got stuck with reversal fees. Then I tried to withdraw the cash amount to at least get something prior to the 17th but that also was locked down. Now I am stuck waiting who knows how long to get a check for the remaining balance.
couldn't log in after I set up my profile. even told me my biometrics aren't valid.
I wouldn't recommend the app. You only get to see 1 site that shows your credit score for free. To see the other two you have to pay 20 dollars a month. Highly unnecessary
can't change address because the confirmation is untappable. They will show you the worse card first because they are sponsored. this app is full of financial traps.
having trouble with a reason to keep this app. I am CONSTANTLY getting notifications that I have a new alert when I don't. they don't offer anything where for free. I get you want to get paid do advertising. I log in and my alert won't go away yet I don't have a new alert. if it happens one more time I'm deleting my account. there's other apps
won't let me get past putting in my pin number and I have notified the company many times that their report is incorrect and they won't fix it

It says that if something is wrong on your profile to contact support yet I can't get a human being. All I get is an AI autobot and it only gives me certain options and none of the options have to do with the problem that I have which is that my last name is incorrect.
it's an okay app. I hate the card. can't say that the app it's reliable when it comes to analyzing the pages that are two in one. it's disturbing when one side of a page interferes with the other side. not much info to fixing or gaining credit. just a dot notification and nothing else! I've stopped all deposits because it's been too difficult to transfer funds. how does anyone gain credit with this app?
I swear this app doesn't update what I have paid off often enough. I look at my credit card statements and Credit Sesame and always off by over $100 on each card. kind of depressing.
This used to be a better desktop site and a better app too. Now I'm getting notifications daily about new "alerts" that are not present when I go look for them. Sometimes it's a couple of them, daily.
