Recently the colored dots that coordinate in the calendar view for this app have disappeared. It's been over a month with not solve. This app continues to plummet.
Why were the dots in the calendar removed? I don't understand why. I had to change this review from a 5 star because of this "update"

I fail to see why these changes can't be sent via an instant notification the same way a text or messaging service works?? When will this known problem be fixed??
App can't seem to publish the same info in list view onto calendar view when going into a new year. VERY frustrating in this line of work.
I have an Android. Notifications stopped coming through awhile back. Emailed customer service and still no fix. This is one app that I really need the notifications to come through. Developer please fix this.

Very difficult to update!
I've written several times to the email supplied without response. Worked great for first 6 months. Then suddenly says I'm working on offline mode.... Which I'm not. I've tried uninstalling, clearing cache and storage to get a clean reinstall, never clears it and I can no longer use the app for my schedule. Frustrated and disappointed in not only the app but lack of customer service.

The monthly trip view used to work. But now it stopped working all of a sudden.
Push notifications, the most useful option in this app, stopped working in Android 8 and 9.
can't look at past flights, can't check total time for roster, can't import into calender and much more. very basic app. could be a lot better.

Hi there. The updated version app is crashed with Huawei P20 Pro latest firmware. Previous version is fine to use, but now I can't totally close the app. This is because once I close the app, I can't see anything when I open it again. Please fix this as soon as possible as I need this app for work. This is urgent, kindly get back to me ASAP.
Grey screen always... after i updated the merlot its not opening at all...

Not to pin point exact location automatically unless you reboot your cell phone then sign on again. Not compatible with new android version.

The app it's loading info harder than ever. Many times I have to exit completely and get back again, otherwise it won't work. Please change this design, it's 2017. A lot of people from the company I work, are complaining about the app and its functionalities! Thank you for making the info available when offline!
Very slow
Totally useless since the upgrade, it's very very slow and always says incorrect password or username which is totally rubbish.please fix it, it's causing too much inconvenience.

The color codes on the monthly view disappeared. Now its just a blank calendar. Needs to be changed back!
I used to get notifications of my schedule change to my phone but I don't get them anymore but they go to my tablet. Can someone help me with this situation please because it's frustrating when I find out last minute because nothing came to my phone to alert me.
I paid for the app to sync with my calander (google), but it does nothing. I can't find any setting that shows crew mobile as an option to sync. After paying for the extra feature it does nothing nor offers any set up for the calander. Why?

Im not sure why but i can no longer use this apps anymore. I cant even refresh for my duties or whatsoever. Keep on stating server error. I hope this could be fix soon.
