Usability went downhill. Why... WHY would I want to be able to swipe left or right to a different receipe while I'm reading the one I'm cooking?! This is at best poorly thought out at worst downright incompetent l.

Slechte kwaliteit dan wel veel te dure boodschappen en ze houden zich niet aan hun eigen bezorgtijden. Er zijn veel betere alternatieven dan deze amateurs!
Lure in with 20 euro discount, showing nowhere when ordering and almost 6 euro delivery .. wasting my time here
Used to be great, but just like so many other apps, the urge to change has overtaken the urge to make something that actually keeps working. The app has stopped working and that's a shame. It's even worse that they haven't tried fixing the problem or just rolling black the "update" that broke it. Contacting support is a waste of time. They had a month to roll back the update and failed to do so.
I can't look at the shop without making an account first.. feels dodgy

Tried the app to see what's up. Had to make an account first, which I consider nonsense. Let 0eooke see what's up, and then decide if they want an account yes or nah. Deleted the app, as it ain't my thing. Now I need to redownload it again, because I can't make the spam emails stop otherwise... Really, really terrible. Just a link in an email with "unsubscribe" would've been way more user friendly. Never downloading this again after unsubscribing. This sucks.
No organic options
Optijd ingehuurde ZZP'ers voor een klus uitbetalen kunnen ze niet.... te lastig voor ze om gewoon aan de betalingstermijn te houden en het blijkt een bekende klacht te zijn...
I hate it when a shop asks me to give my private information before i'm allowed to see what they have in store. A physical store would never get away with such nonsense!

Compare couple of product not fresh one(difficult to compare quality) . But brand like chocolate and so on that Carrefour is also selling and crisp is way more expensive. Will use the 15euro coupon and then ditch the app
Cant use it because it language is fixed to dutch
It use to be the best service in the netherlands, unfortunately the last time i ordered not only they forgot items in the order but the customer service told me we cannot send you what we have forgot because of the environment. I am assuming you have enough customers now, but just to let you know you lost a loyal customer of 3 years. Customer service and the ability to remedy to your mistakes is what keeps a business successful in time! p.s. A simple apology could have resolved this.

Not working
Eerste bestelling ging al meteen mis. Support gemaild met een foto en het antwoord is dat er tegoed is toegevoegd en alvast klaar staat voor de volgende bestelling. Maar, dan moet je natuurlijk wel weer 50€ aan boodschappen verzamelen en verzendkosten nog een keer betalen. Verder zijn de producten slechter van kwaliteit dan bij mijn Jumbo en ongeveer 1,5 maal zo duur. Zo waren de druiven mooi verpakt maar compleet smakeloos. Jammer van het geld.
Expensive compared to what you receive
Unfortunately, with the minimum order amount introduced a while ago, this service is no longer useful for me. It's about fresh products, and as a single person, I can never order enough to reach that minimum in one order. At some point, my cupboards were filled to the brim with soap. Reported it to them, but they are clearly not interested in small customers. 🙄
It looks like this app might be helpful and prices looks also nice. But the problem is that there is no way to choose a language. In NL almost everyone speak English and it is quite common in other apps to have at least English language support. It is not that hard to add it to the app and will increase your sales. If you focus only on Dutch audience - just fix targeting of your advertisement in Instagram, exclude English speakers it will also save you some money.
Pretty expensive.... not really a good choice unless you got enought money.
