Too many adds. An add everytime I open the app with the standard version would be reasonable but . . . an add pops up everytime you click on your 'diary'. Enter a food see an add, click on diary to see daily total after entering food see an add, rinse and repeat. Not to mention their internal adds suggesting you buy the 'gold option' . . . too many adds would not recommend.
The frequency of full page ads has significantly increased after a few days of use. This is extremely deceitful and infuriating: starting out only with minimal ads but ramping up when user gets comfortable with the app after a few days.
I can't access it on my Web it's saying 403 forbidden I don't know what's wrong if it's any issue kindly solve I need to do some imp work

when are you guys fixing the android app. it keeps logging me out and i literally can't log in without clearing cache or forcing stop every time bc it won't let me in without buffering and showing me error screens first

Good app when it works, doesnt open everytime, actually doesnt open more often than not. extremely annoyed considering I've paid for an annual subscription.
I stopped using the app because it is too slow to be practical. It takes several minutes just to complete basic actions like adding food, searching for an item, and selecting the correct result. Even if the features are good, the app becomes unusable when every step takes this long to load.
i used to love this app and have been using it for over five years. over time the ads have become more and more obnoxious, now popping up immediately upon trying to log a food with longer timers before you can close them. i'm all for ads in the first place as i know the app has to support itself and i cannot buy the full version right now. but the experience is significantly worse than before, i wish there could be a balance where they can make money and a good user experience.
Unreliable. Even with updates, this app is crashing. When not crashing, it runs slow. I wish I didn't pay the annual fee. Update, I reinstalled it for a 3rd time and it's fine for now. I have a Pixel 9 Pro and always run the latest Android version.
Great app, but super frustrating that I'm having issues getting my body metrics (like weight, BMI, etc) to sync through Health Connect. I paid for premium, I have triple checked all of my permissions and connections, and it's just not updating. It's a shame the app can't just directly sync with Wyze smart scales. I really hope this gets fixed ASAP. The whole appeal of this app is having a detailed dashboard for all your health information, so it sucks to see a feature that should work just fail.
It's a great app, but pleeeaaase stop the ads with audio. At least mute them. I woke up my spouse because I wasn't expecting it to suddenly start blasting audio :/
