went to the one in tinton falls i took my friend with me as well.the one girl gonna say to us make sure yall.workout. I look at my friend like why she say that. she should of said have a great workout.not say make sure we workout. u don't say that that to 2 grown women. we not kids. alot of people I knw go to the one in tinton falls seem to have issues there. sorry im gonna stick to the one in ocean. amd the one on ocean is alot better and the much respectful and cool.

My son's information was crossed with my information. He now has my info in his app and I no longer can open the app, let alone schedule classes, put my child in childcare, or scan in at the desk. No one can fix it. The phone number associated with the app doesn't work.

The update removed a bunch of exercises I used and it constantly resets my presets

won't let you cancel your membership from within the app. just another way to deal with bad management in a physical store

Still haven't put exercises on app that I requested.

I switched devices and now I can't log in for 30 days? that's kinda ridiculous.

some of the details redirects you to their webpages for vague legal scripts. Details about your account, access to other gyms and services again are vague and refer you to the individual club (this is an app representing the name!). if they really cared about the member experiences, they would have a 'let us know' feature to send immediate notifications to corporate or the said club. Like issues with club hygiene or members blasting music on portable speakers. Little things go a long way.
