i hate crunchyroll.
No matter how many times you email them and you talk to them to try to fix their site, they still do not fix their site. they should just be reading these comments at this point and fixing what is wrong with it. for instance, I cannot watch downloadable episodes when I am offline. they have to be online some sort. Yes, I know about the two-day download time limit thing. I meant all your criteria. I went through all your support channels, but nothing works. fix it or shut down point blank. simple

whenever I entered a phone no or email it says enter a valid email or phone number I know I entered a valid email and phone number why even all details are correct even the password could matches the requirement
this app is free to download but you need to pay for the premium if you want to watch anything

been using crunchy roll for a year or two now good anime selection but had issues getting the code I got the code now I been waiting over a month for a package that says it was created but nothing has changed just says back order its outrageous having to wait this long for a subscription you been paying for a year almost 3 months between trying to get a code for a bag and for it to ship

Can't delete my account. They want you to download the app just to be able to delete it. You try to and they send you to Sony's website where you request for them to delete your account. I sent the first request on April 4 and nothing. I tried to delete it again and it's still the same process.

my subscription was cancelled and I didn't get money to my Google play and it's showing renew the subscription I raise my issue to help center but no use .... I did mega plan for one year waste of money 😠

not to many options and only selected they want you to watch dont see the point of it i found another app that has better selection for cheaper and those come in English or Spanish other than Japanese so I dont think I will giving them another change
hey there! please help me. Im not able to renew a subscription, everytime it's a autoplay and I don't want that and also it doesn't let me change the gpay id even in website. It directly leads to payment no id or else settings ☹️ I went to app and website but same issue it was no help can anyone help I really want to watch anime
