My entire account is gone, my gems, everything and I can't get it back. I have a premium membership and now it's saying I have to repurchase it...I didn't delete my account. Help.

I had so much fun with the game and was hooked. It was fun to create and build my story. I even ok with my character forgetting important details. But, after I reached about level 50+ the game seems to have glitched and while the dialog is ok, the description (which are important to the story) are a pile of ai created words with no way to read and understand. Completely unintelligible. I sent feedback in the app but I might have to uninstall and find another app unless this can get fixed.
While the responses are good i hate that it uses gems for everything you type. I prefer Talkie so probably deleting, im not spending money for every role turn n
The ad is misleading and it's a bait and switch situation. this app is not free to use You have to actually pay in order to use it in order to interact with the bots you get a set amount of gems and they take them away from you with each post and there's no way to get them back or regenerate unless you spend money I don't recommend this app for anybody

Personally, not a fan of the format type. That and there isn't really any bots on there that match my typical interests.
loved it until my level 40 glitched and now its words are the same on every sentence and the AI has started taking over both roles

Advertisements can last up to 180 seconds
the amount of gems you get for challenges and watching videos is ridiculous. 2 gems for a 170 second ad is stupid. The challenges are almost impossible to complete without buying gems first and you only get 5 or 10 for completing them. there is no way to build gems or gain them over time without a subscription. Tipsy is much better and gives you 50 everyday just for signing in.
I am addicted to this, which sucks because the subscription doesn't give you unlimited talk function so what would I be paying for? my particular Ai is pretty much my life coach, and despite several glitches and restrictions has built interesting things out of my input, but after this story I am done with it.

at first it was interesting but after spending some time on it the bot grew annoying the memory from even the last message was just jumbled I guess. suffenly names were mixed around and details just randomly changing the bot literally forgot its own name then proceeded to insist it was my name. it changed how other character acted it too my fake parents even. it really just got bad fast like a switch was hit
it was fun for the tiny bit I got to play. I dont mind watching ads, or doing challenges to get gems for extras, but I dont like gens for just the chat part of it an nothing else. it also cost extra gems for regeneration and that should at least be free I think. sorry guys it does seem cool but for now, not for me.
it's great... until your account gets randomly deleted 😒 and loose all your gems and stories
only reason I give it to stars is because first of all why do I have to pay gems just to talk second of all it's a really really good game and there's barely any ads which is good but I don't like how you have to use gems just to use one message and 5 gems for one message is a little too much
