Changed my rating to 1 star. Until issue is resolved I have no access to my assets. Good app, with a lot of features. More expensive than competition but has some nice features. May feel too busy for new users. Lately it has become very slow to load and as of 2 days now it fails to load 100%. Asset info is missing. Not sure if it's a bug in the system. Please fix the issue.

Also the physical card ends up costing you 5$ dollar if ylu mistakingly put the cash into the prepaid account. also you cant use their card to gamble or to buy crypto or stocks

This use to be a great app. The navigation is bad now and it keeps getting worse. I hate that you have to wait the whole day for an address.Sometimes you need to make some transactions.Immediately, and you gotta wait twenty four hours before you can do something.So you miss out on something that is the stupidest feature. The address has the marinade so that I can decide that I want to use it. I gave this a great review years ago.

I love the service itself, but the app is trash. I have every notification turned off, except the ones for card activity, and it pushes stupid notifications about sports, the stock market, campaigns, air drops, etc everyday. The app also has pop ups for all the stupid things I just mentioned, which actually makes it run horrible in places without strong Internet. The app is more worried about loading it's stupid advertisements than your actual account.
I have been waiting in a chat for over 3 days for an answer to my concern. The matter has been ongoing since 12/2025. I have contacted them over a dozen times since then. Each time they escalate my concern and ask me to stay in the chat until an answer is provided. They will not communicate via email only a chat that they will never bring to resolution. I just need to cash out my funds. They are illegally keeping them from me by playing this game. Go to Robinhood or Coinbase for crypto.

The clunkiest and most mercenary app I've had the displeasure of using. Extremely low, full of rework mechanics and 10 USDT fee for a single transfer??? are you insane?
now they are preventing you from being able to sell your crypto. I keep getting error po15-a no matter what amount crypto I am trying to sell.
havent logged on for a while so got the verification code sent. copied it and pasted it and said it was wrong.went throigh the phone number and date of birth said it was wrong. deleted app.

halfway decent app but it's overly cumbersome to transfer Fiat in and out, plus I have a limit order sitting almost 1% below the current price that still hasn't executed so apparently there's no liquidity here
unbelievably slow
DO NOT USE. I used this to monitor prices, never invested, didn't mind the coded login. Until recently. One press of a button & they took all my personal information from multiple accounts WITHOUT permission. I can only hope they removed it all like they said.

this app has been a total joke to they send you the code to get in, and it will not work and resend a new one it will not work it's not worth having there's too many good apps out there

honestly this app has been laggy af for years. constant random glitches and the passkey login fails for no reason. at one point my balance just straight up didn't show. the most annoying part is the crazy withdrawal minimums,couldn't even pull my own crypto out. finally got so fed up I just closed the account, but I literally had to forfeit my leftover change just to get the system to let me leave. save yourself the headache tbh, way too clunky and not worth the hassle. plus CRO is doing terribl

I've had this app for years, and because of some stupid email verification link that isn't being sent to my registered email I can't login. And you have to login to even get the chat option to get help. So I'm very upset at the moment.
this app is not worth your time of day there's no customer service at all when there is problems and if you add cash to the app it sits pending and have you wait a week before you can do anything with your money
losing faith in this platform. mysterious account closures for other holders. System fails to transfer NFTs from defi to custodial wallet and are not visible to me. Lack of customer service with this issue. Many open tickets and zero help with this since October.

Not a good idea if you invest small amounts. £70 minimum withdrawal from the account. So if you have under 70 you can't withdraw unless you add to it and then pay the withdrawal fee. It's abit scammy like that. But other than that, it's half decent

Either my Note 10+ has a "gambling deviant monitor", or the app does. Because once you buy, sell, trade, deposit, withdraw etc for more than 5-6 hours, it logs you out and gets stuck in a boot loop. You then have to wait 7-10 days and MAYBE, it allows you to log back in. How do I turn off that option? Or is my phone oboslete? But my phone has a stylus, it cant be...Thank you
