Everything was great at first beginning in April of 2025 then in July of 2025 I tried to withdraw my mined crypto and it came up as "WITHDRAWLS SUSPENDED please contact support" well I've tried contacting support, I've contacted them more then 30 times to NO AVAIL. There's no telephone number too call and have sent numerous emails trying to get an answer as to why I was suspended and how to lift the suspension. Now in 2026 the issue has never been solved and have over $100 i cant withdraw

UPDATE: DONT DOWNLOAD....... WILL CHARGE YOU 185.38 IF YOU OPEN! WOULD NOT REFUND! unauthorized indebted my bank account for almost $200 this needs to be refunded and taken care of immediately I had already reached out to you guys prior to leaving this review. You refused my refund I never authorized.
What a rip-off! To think I invested literally $8968 AUD in this only to get 75% of my total investment back AND NO EARNINGS! 😡 These people ought to be charged in a court of law with embezzlement! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

I wait for so long I use my btc address for withdrawal but still nothing.. this is scam. I don't recieve my withdrawal for almost 2 months this is fraud. be aware to this app this is a big big SCAM!!!!
I bought crypto and deposited in their affiliate wallet nc wallet and never got it. This was most disappointing.
this app is a SCAM, it does not work with any wallet unless you use nc wallet and this is tied to telegram, which is also a crypto scam! dear ct pool reply, i am ariting this, because my transfer of BTC has been processing for 3 weeks now, and i have contacted your support, and always we are working on it! 3 weeks really, again you are a scam!
scam! they let you withdraw for a bit before they claim issues and just lock down your crypto I've been waiting over 7 weeks for a btc withdrawal where they claim to be working on it. That or they force you to use their NC wallet which is a bigger scam and locks you in an endless kyc trap. their "operation" location is a run down shack out of the U.S. so they can avoid any regulations let alone actual "know your customer" laws. do not ever waste your own money on these criminals.

Updated review: Do not waste your time with any of the CT products. I've used them all and they used to be decent; however, I no longer trust them. I've now been waiting for 3 withdrawals from CT NFT for over a year! Their support is useless. Repeatedly emailed them, only to be told payment processing takes time... yes but not more than a full year. 0 stars from someone who used to praise your products. Received a final payment from CT Pool, but won't use them again.
