Disappointed. I've been using Cubase/Nuendo for the past 30 years and the IC for at least 10. The app worked perfectly on my old iPad. It doesn't work on my new Android. The time line is all pixelated once you start the transport and flashes until you hit stop. Hopefully, Steinberg(Yamaha) will issue an update that will address this issue. So far, I've been waiting for 3 months.

Does not work, checked firewall, checked ski remote. P.C. shows in list and after selecting about 2min later says that there is no host.
absalutly terrible. it will not connect with my I.p address even with VPNs off and firewalls off. I DEMMAND A REFUND
I am an avid user of cubase and it has been my go to recording software, but sadly I tried to use this controller app on both my samsung galaxy s25 ultra and my tab s9 and the app refused to connect to my cubase session on either device.
Bad user experience: it hasn’t been able to locate Cubase 13 on my network. It keeps saying "host not found," despite all firewalls being disabled. The app could not provide usefull feedback like "missing SKI (on port 45000) on x.x.x.x" Also Cubase should have an "connect to Cubase iC Pro" option to check if SKI / Bonjour service are correctly working. Very underdeveloped UX!
I thought this app was compatible with Android phones as advertised. I'm stuck at "Enter the computer IP" screen. Anything I punch in is not going through. It says 'not found'. What is the trick here.
Terrible really, so buggy, so not initiative , cannot believe I paid for this thing. How do I even change the current channel I want to control?
App does not get past the spinning circle in Android on Samsung S20 FE. I am able to connect through SKI extension within Nuendo, but the app won't load and n my phone. Useless. I would like a refund. I have already tried all of the troubleshooting, which appear to only be concerned with connection, and not the issue that I mentioned. My issue is that the app will not load on Android.
I am loyal to Steinberg and Cubase software and have been since the 4th edition. I tested the beta version of Cubase IC Pro til it was discontinued for Android version. I was so excited for it but there are some features that are desperately missing. I used it to do solo recording, giving the ability to select and add tracks from the app which cannot be done. Please add the ability to select the tracks you're wanting to record on and to add new tracks. Thank you
Despite the fact that i already own the licence for this product on my dongle, i still had to pay to downl,oad it from Play Store. If you want people to pay for the same thing twice, just double to price @Steinberg!
Constantly crashes upon selecting the computer to link it to. Simply wont even start. Waste of money. Highly dissapointed.
Can't install it on Android 13. Have more then 200 apps installed without any issue, but during the install procedure it is hanging and stays in "verification" phase.
would be better if we could import and export setup files.

Had for over a year and still unable to connect. Not many video explanations. Seems good concept though.
Update now works on tablet and phone after changing firewall settings. These are different settings to what worked on phone before update. Shouldn't be so much messing. Lols. Will play some more, but probably sticking with Avid Control. Thanks
