I have bought there membership of 1 year in Cult Sector 47 Gurugram...after passing 6 months they shutdown gym and goes away with money and my membership money goes waste because a job person cannot went other place which is not in its route and convenient because of this I choosed this place but they make people fools at the time of selling pass I suggest don't but passes for 1 years because they are fooling people with discount strategy

Coach slots were only available before 9:45 AM - impossible for working professionals. I tried reaching support to change my start date, but they offer no phone support for enrolled members; it’s absolute silence. My May 4th start date was missed, and they never followed up. Cult takes your money then ignores you. Total lack of flexibility and service.

Initially while on payment page it was showing 2 additional months on yearly pro plan. After purchase of plan 2 additional months got vanished. Now customer support is demanding evidence for that, If I have known it is such a scam then I would surely taken screenshot of it. Cult fit lost me there.
cultfit does not provide the service after you pay for the annual pack. the app doesn't allow you to book classes, and the support team hasn't resolved the issue for 15 days now. every time you reach out for support you get a reply as if a bot is replying. update it's going to be a month now with no resolution, the response to this review with a link that they would resolve the issue is also a bot response with no follow up action. the cultfit all India elite pack is a scam.
Cult boasts about its ability to use gym across country. You can shift your membership from one city to another. I have raised a request on 11th April for shifting my gym membership and they still are not able to do so.. (29th April) We blame govt organizations to be slow.. This one is slower than them. even after sharing details, as sought in below message from cult team, there's no response

The cult application has many sections under your profile but those won't sync up like badges and challenge, etc I connected their customer support on April 14 #10418447 and more the 14 days no resolution. Later, they send me note that we are closing your ticket. support is majorly chat bot AI and mostly have a genric answere.
worst gym ever, i am never buying it again the manager is so rude, and fight all the time, he literally saws people standing out still ignores and doesnt open the door, i am never buying a membership again, i am talking about cultfit rohini sec 11 g3s, and the manager is skinny guy

Offering a membership at throw away prices does not mean that you will make your clients suffer. Have some shame Cult and try to keep up to your reputation.
I had a terrible experience with Cult. I ordered a T-shirt but received track pants instead. I contacted customer care about this issue, and it has been 20 days, yet Cult hasn’t provided any help. This is the worst application-there is no proper support, no returns are processed, and no one comes to pick up the order. Overall, it has been a very bad experience with Cult.
I was trying book my slot on play after any conversation there was no slot available. I was kindly requesting for my refund on play subscriptions and subscriptions don't have patience on the play would like ro disconnect on my cult subscriptions bcoz of the response from your end will wait next 48 hour for my play account i need my refund 100% so do the needful on this waiting for your valuable update regarding refund. There is no Customer support or Customer care contact number. when you order it mentioned earlier delivery dates, but after finalized the order, they suddenly changes the delivery dates of 2- 3 days later. Authenticity is questionable.

Cult.fit has completely gone downhill. What used to be a decent app is now an absolute mess. Their customer service is a joke. They promise a response within 48 hours, but that’s clearly just a scripted lie. You’re left chasing them with zero accountability and no real support. For a paid service, this is unacceptable. You’re not doing users a favor..we’re paying you, and this is the level of service? Ridiculous. I will not be renewing my subscription. Honestly, save your money and do the same.
Corporate elite pass not accepted by gomti nagar lucknow cult fit center. Cemter manager is saying we have disabled corporate pass and membership needs to be bought in center to allow access to the cult fit gomti nagar center
i have bought cult gun massagar recently and it is broken within 1 month time due to faulty device and few components, i have reached out to their support team after initial followup no response since last 2 to 3 days. I would not recommend to buu cult gun massager to any one any longer. one of the worst customer service after sales.

I’m very disappointed with my experience on the Cult app. I purchased a 1-year Pro membership but was only able to use it for around 2 months. After that, I faced login issues, and during that time I had to move to another city for a few months, so I couldn’t follow up immediately.Now when I tried logging in again, it’s showing that I had an Elite membership for 3 months - which is already expired - which is completely incorrect. I’ve raised a support ticket over a week ago
The staff at the Erragadda branch appear unprofessional and overly money-focused. They often waste time instead of attending to customers properly. The service feels superficial, and the facility lacks proper equipment.

For Cult Play, they take in more memberships than the maximum capacity for a given center. It becomes a challenge to book slots. The app is also terribly slow during peak booking times, worsening the problem. These anti-consumer practices will land them in trouble pretty soon.

Cult Neeladri road is asking for Parking fee and cult members have to pay for the parking to use this center now. Cult should be aware that every gym offers 2 wheeler parking. Take immediate action on this center or close it down. But don't be unfair to the cult members who shown all the belief in your journey and paid lots for membership.

The app is good. And the gym is perfect because you don't need to buy the membership for gym and group workouts. You can just directly go in a class/gym, and no one will ask you whether you have booked for it or not, thanks to their amazing admin, and over-selling. And if you are a little shameless and rowdy, you can choose not to leave the gym even if your name is called out. You can also hoard all the equipments, so the people who have actually booked the class can't workout. Kudos cult 🎊❤️

Very disappointed with Cult Fit/Play. It is extremely overcrowded all the time. Be it gym or group classes. Capacity planning is something which cult really needs to work on. Just because they are getting a lot of customers they can't just keep enrolling everyone. Need to wait for 5 mins at gym for each and every equipment and for group classes the capacity would only be 30 people, however the waitlist itself would be 40+ people. Then what's the use of us paying if we cannot access the gym/class
Do not register if you are looking for badminton in cult play. You never get a slot to play and your membership goes waste. I tried even raising a ticket for the same but they do not help at all. They just want you to pay the fees in advance and your complaints do not matter once you pay the money.
most 3rd class system they have built 0 flexibility. if by mistake I booked cult play of different timing and location then I cannot change that . on Monday there nearest centre are close and they don't increase that in membership
I took a subscription, Not getting the proper slot nearby for sweeming. It's always showing a waitlist according to my availability.
