If you want to pay extra to workout at a crowded gym go for this app. If you go to some local gyms at different times access equipments and crowd for few days, you will get a better experience with less cost. That's what I did after this membership expired. Now my workouts are stress free...
The app is so buggy . since yesterday when i open the app i get a complete black screen nothing else. can't believe cult is not able to make one decent app. do not ask me to mail the same thing to you, do ur work and fix the lags in app and also this black screen now

Why there is no option to modify the pause date? only option is to cancel pause. The online support is just namesake, I had reported an issue related to daily activity log, there is no option to log abs excercise, Customer support is just interested to close ticket without solution.

Paid Rs.15,812 for annual membership. Blocked from accessing account on new device because I refused to share government ID for device change - despite them already holding my biometric data, photograph and OTP-verified number. Offered in-person verification - rejected. Cited Supreme Court Right to Privacy judgment - agent said 'whatever it may, this is our operational policy.' Formal complaints filed with government consumer authorities. Think twice before paying
Cult class booking emails are not formatted correctly so GMail doesn't automatically add them to the calendar like flight/hotel bookings. This alone makes me miss so many classes. Call reminder feature just reminds you last minute, doesn't help you plan the day around the class you've booked. App is poorly designed, hard to find the things you need and it behaves eCommerce app, rather than a fitness app. Once I have the annual subscription, maybe stop showing me current offers on subscriptions?
Pathetic app, can't check the schedule of live workouts. As a developer, I don't understand how they ignore testing minimum basic functionalities.

This application appears to be unstable and causes the mobile device to overheat with each use. Significant improvements are needed.
pathetic UX experience. Every time you open the app to do anything, it will bombard you with Pop ups of session highlights, session feedback, different advertisements and what not. It would take a minute before doing anything meaningful in the app.
It was a very bad experience, I bought a cult gun massager and within a month it stopped working. I raised a complaint by mail and as per their requirement i provided all the details and they approved for pickup but from past 15days they are just delaying the pickup neither there team is reverting... very bad experience.

The app automatically reads your messages, accounts information and more, no permissions asked. It collects data that it has no business collecting and without asking your permission. This is a serious security and privacy concern!

⭐☆☆☆☆ One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I faced return and exchange issues twice and lost money both times. Their customer support is extremely poor-no accountability, no ownership, and no real resolution despite repeated follow-ups. It's disappointing to see Cult Fit expanding its centers while customer experience keeps declining. Buy at your own risk; if something goes wrong, be prepared for a frustrating battle with support.

cult 10 swimming - dwarka a pure scamming people, they don't have slots but take bookings from lots of people then if u miss the slot then it's our fault. they don't have space, I took a 6 month subscription but not able to book a slot regularly. why ... such a scam

extremely high prices. This gym service is for the rich. last year cultpass elite price per month was 4k. now they've hiked it to 7. very unreasonable

Gyms are overcrowded, swimming classes are full, and almost every sports class I tried to book in the past two months had a waiting list. Even if you get a slot, the pool feels like a fish aquarium-too small for so many people. This is my second year subscription. The first year was manageable as I could switch between gyms and pools with my elite and sports memberships. Now, the experience has become frustrating and overcrowded.

cult sport need to have per class booking option. it s a scam to offer multi months membership when many buyers drop out after few classes. also the cult play swimming is deceptive. secondly, play swimming membership only covers coaching for free style. the learners are left in limbo for the rest of the membership after learning that. this is something that is transparently called out anywhere during purchase of the membership. is this something that is worth reporting to consumer court?
