I will be using another banking system. The pay check advance is a rip off. My check is always $100 short and I can't continue to do that. As hard as I work to get paid, this is unacceptable.

To get even, I just wont pay back the overdraft or paycheck advance. they can suck it up like they made me do!! And the responses suck even more than their customer service!! Just look below and read what they said!!
Buyer beware. You can get locked out of your account unable to access your funds. Even after providing information to open your account, they can comeback and lock it. Even after you send everything they ask for to verify yourself AGAIN and refuse your access. I keep reaching out and keep being told to be patient for 3-5 days. We've been unable to access our money for a month with no end in sight. Stick to your brick and mortar bank with people. Customer service is ZERO HELP.

I have been using current for quite some time and am very pleased with the service they provide as a bank/prepaid type of institution. after banking with current for 6+ years they closed my account and I can not access any help or information with my account! I have not received my direct deposit into my other account I am livid!!!!

Had a account it closed for some reason don't know why, they told me to open a new account, tried to and that wouldn't allow me to, what's the deal here?!? You want clientele or not?

the support people for this application are the worst I've ever experienced. I opened the app and then created an account. I then transferred some money into the account so I could test it out. The Fraud squad locked my account and will not unlock it until I send them tons of private information. I refused to share my private information with them so they have kept my account locked and will not send my money back to me and close the account. Worst customer service ever. I recommend people avoid

I was enjoying the app for about a year. I got 2 direct deposits done onto the card. and today my account was banned and it takes up to 24 hours to find out why. they only use email and no phone number is available once they close your account. you would expect them to let you know why instead of banning and saying it can take 2 weeks to receive my money back. They said they would reply to the email in 24 hours and I sent the email on April 22nd and no reply yet. I emailed first no response yet.

current sucks i need my current to recognize my new phone
at first I was extremely happy with this bank but as time has went on they have went completely off the cliff to where I'm fixing to contact the FDIC and FTC and an attorney ! their level of support some are friendly and some want to argue with the customers they skit read you the deposits and some will tell you when your deposits will be posted and it's never the right time It gets later and later and good luck with your disputes they will also deny you of your funds after waiting 30 to 45 day

won't open, I am trying to get started I put my phone number in and it won't start.
I have been using this card for some months with no issues. I recently received an email stating they were closing my account. I have called and emailed because I'm absolutely lost as to why they closed it. If it wasn't for that I'd give the 5 stars because Ive never had an issue
cannot download the app and when you go to download it you get to one spot where you can sign in and then it clicks out.
Seriously wish they'd fix their app. Complained several times about it not fully showing my direct deposit, notifications won't stop being unread so the red dot never goes away no matter how many times I've read them, and it's got a little too much going on with button placement, and everything having it's own organized tab. With ADHD it's just more chaotic disorganization by NOT having the Card Button stand out by using different colors or SOMETHING to separate each subject tab.
