That person then transferred out all of his money but current says the account was never compromised so won't refund the money that they let be stolen. You'd be better off going to an in-person bank.
I tried signing up but I can't bypass my address its saying I don't have a residential address and I've been living here for 3 years.?.?.?

I have to edit this review due to most recent update the app has done things that are very frustrating like today for instance whenever I go into the payday advance tab it closes the app. I called customer service after doing the normal uninstall and reinstalling of the app and resetting my phone. Told them what happened the lady on the phone gave me a number to call,instead of transferring me to the correct department, and when I called it was the activation department for the mobile wallet.
I'm switching to Atlas credit it's better and they never lie and they actually build yr credit every month and You can see the Progress your making.

the dumbest banking app in the history of online bank apps. 0 customer support they confuse you with 4 differen cards for no reason what so ever. like they will start u with a credit and than you will realize that this card is a credit not debit so than you would ggoingthe app to order the debit and it will take about a month to arrive. use the cash advance and u get charged 4.99 for no rreasonwhat so ever and when repay the cas aadvance they add the 4.99 addiotnaly to the cash advance amount
super sketchy so when I tried to use direct deposit for this like when I tried to set up direct deposit it said that the routing number was correct but that the account number didn't seem to exist so yeah really sketchy don't use this app

I've been a customer for years, leaving such a low score hurts, BUT, people need to be aware. Current is great of you never run into an issue. where they start failing is their customer service. the workers copy paste scripts and do not engage with you or try to resolve your issue, then they close out of the chat before you can respond. you will never speak to a manager. if customer service is important to you, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR CURRENT! Because they don't care about it.
I've never had an issue with this bank until today. Now my money is gone because of y'alls mistake and the kicker is you can't talk to a supervisor apparently it takes two business days to talk to someone higher up in the call center. Take your business elsewhere or you'll be scrambling like I am at this moment.
I just got logged out and I cannot log back in. I dont know if you are doing an update but this is the second time this has happened to me and I honestly love this banking app
Won't let me log into the app even though it has been updated.
Until today, I thought this was the best banking app around. I ordered from a company that's apparently based on China. The shipping fees were ridiculous, so I cancelled the order shortly after getting the confirmation. The company emailed confirming the cancellation and refund within 5 business days. I didn't get a refund, but they did charge me a 2nd time. I filed a dispute and Current denied the dispute, citing no wrongdoing even after I provided the emails from the company!
