One of those apps where if you previously had a subscription it won't let you create a new one. My previous subscription was in 2024 & I cancelled but now in 2026 it won't let me create a new account nor does it offer to reactivate the old one with my new info. Don't waste your time.

Don't trying to make subscription in this scamming website , they will scamming your devices for new details of your card bank and they will taking money again and again, is dangerous and illegal activity, reporting to police and your bank to block this scammer
This VPN have a lot of issues with their apps and system, I'll not change my review until my problem is fixed

always when connected the Internet access is blocked. cyber ghost is absolutely useless!!!
Was not able to even install. Downloaded to 97% and then halted there. Have paid two year and now have to be bothered to go through the process of getting refund back to credit card. Tried on two mobiles OnePlus7 and newest Google 10 Pro XL. Same results.

it doesn't work with YouTube or telegram, or other important sites. And it's always loading for 30 seconds. return me the money
it's all good until you subscribe. Then it's drops, on phone and PC, with no recourse but to restart because the apps become non responsive or forever connecting even with restarts and consistent internet. I did everything right. they didn't. I'm moving to Nord. it has monthly too which is the only reason I tried this subscription. It failed me miserably. there is NO WAY I would trust this service if I was to, i dunno, p2p torrent. Clever name. Nice graphic and small interface. Now if worked.

When connected, the VPN works great. But very tiresome whenever i boot up my PC and attempt to connect to Wifi or LAN - it see this VPN does not release connection. So much time wasted to reboot, every single day...no more re-subsription after expiry. Update: the 'Auto-connect on launch' is always disabled and the version is the latest, as i have screenshot to you by email just now. The problem persists.
Not good for privacy. The app don't support kill switch and will disconnect you from time to time to leak your real ip.

I have installed this app on several of my Android TV devices. Whenever I try to close this app, instead of simply exiting, I will get a nag screen requesting me to rate the app, even though I have previously provided a rating from a different device. What a terrible user experience.
