I purchased only 1 package but was charged for 3 packages while I didn't purchase. Please urgently remove my credit card from your App.

Full of ads that end up making you head spin and then adds charges to your card WITHOUT asking you. If you subscribed through the sketchy website via an Instagram ad, there is no way to cancel subscription. I have just called the bank to cancel my credit card because of this. Edit 17/4/2026: Admin support has refunded and helped to cancel all subscriptions related to this app. Thank you.

Never purchase anything/give your card details to this app! They don't show active subscriptions, but keep taking the yearly subscription fee. I've been battling with customer service for months now for a refund that they keep promising, but never fulfilled.

immediately asked for payment. not even a 🆓 version and trial. I'm ok with ads but not this way l. will install mediately.

they keep trying to upsell me stuff even though I am a paying customer. I also switched phones and the app is not letting me log back in. Let's see if their support replies and maybe my rating will change.

I used to love this app, but recently, whenever it launches, it tries to build a profile by asking a ton of questions EVERY time. Even if I've previously answered all the questions it does it every time it launches with no way to bypass. It has honestly made the app unusable.
