Very annoying. For years, hanging happens on Honor Magic V5 and Samsung S22 Ultra. Close several times, still not working.
I used this app for years, using it as a journal while going through a divorce. I put all my deepest thoughts into my healing journey - entries, quotes - it has been a journey and this journal was something important to me that captured it all. Then I changed phones, used my same Gmail account and still, I lost everything - not even a record of my past account! Customer service has been completely not helpful. Sooo, be careful if you want to save your entries. I do not recommend this app.
Great app but I could use your help! I'm having a major issue retrieving my old entries and despite reaching out multiple times, I'm not getting any responses. I'd like to know if retrieving is even possible. Thanks!

It's more like a sm and that made me feel a bit insecure about my data. Couldn't find a way to delete my account which is pretty annoying and also a red flag.
this app is annoying because of the lengthy adverts
