I had dailypay a few years ago. Used it then, loved it. I have a new employer that uses daily pay now. Wanted to sign up. Should have been able to sign up with my old account but I didnt see anything in the app to set that up. 3 different reps though texting and calling said I needed a second email address, to set up my new employer. Even after having my account deleted I still can't use my email address. I still have to have second email address. Even with a second email I still can't sign in!!

I've made 3 phone calls, sent 7 emails, submitted my driver's license Twice, my pay stub once, and done a video selfie. oh, and I login with my FINGERPRINT. they have yet to update my phone number, first contact with support was June 9. DO NOT USE, NOT CONSUMER FRIENDLY!
not letting me log in it keeps telling me I have an account already and when I try to log back in it says account doesn't exist
it charges you 3.50 Everytime you move money over. It used to be cheaper and the cost keeps going up, also it used to give you free transfers every once in awhile, they should bring that back.

I thought Daily Pay was finally done. NOPE. On the 5th week, they redirected my check without my permission or warning and took all but $40 of a $650 check. Why? Because they can, I guess. Honestly a pretty useless app. It was helpful to me in the beginning and would barely have any issues, but over the course of 3 years I have had more negative than positive experiences. Half the time these days I won't even receive my balance from a previous shift, and the other half of the time DAILYPAY is "over paying" me and then withholding my money from me for days to compensate for THEIR mistake. This app used to be helpful, now there's literally no point because they're always over paying

the customer service is absolutely terrible, especially the email customer service. they never answer me after the agent asked me for my information, I emailed 3 times with 3 different agents bc after I sent the information THEY ASK FOR! they don't respond! the third time, I already had All my information on the email that I sent to them and the agent Juan A didn't even read it! he asked for information I had ALREADY given him then didn't respond after I resent my information again!
this is day five and I'm still working on trying to get into my account I've been repeating and repeating the same thing over and over and over again you know and I'm not with the same results you know so I'm trying to figure out you know I asked can't you reset it you know like just totally reset the whole account so you've had me do this for 5 days and it still don't work

Daily pay???? Sorry, bad experience. Get your stuff together. Probably purposely by yall, but anyway I keep finding myself in the same boat. Smh, earnings not updating. or it takes 3 days or more to update. And customer service reading a prompt when you call about the problem. So again, call your company anything else. But not dailypay. Please because its not. Ive dealt with other companies and they are truly dailypay. Literally when I clock out, earnings available.
**Update 6/22/2026-Again the inconsistancies continue. Per their update They were going to email me. as of this date I still have yet to hear from them almost a week later. **Update 6/16/2026-Tried once again to reach out to address this situation as they requested in their response and once again it was the same inconsistencies. Very inconsistent and unreliable.

Absolute SCAM company. They'll add money corresponding to hours that you worked, then pretend that they don't have the info they need to pay you your paycheck and that you owe them money magically. SCAM.
is there something going on with daily pay right now my balance has not been updated in 2 days and I'm being kicked out of my room because the money is not being updated so I can pay for where I'm living I keep getting excuses I'ma sleep o ln street because of daily pay holding my money hasn't been updated since 16th
My new employer uses this app and I wish they didn't. So far it's useless. I've worked 2 12 hr shifts... it updated 24 hrs after and allowed me access to 21$. I make 34$ an hr so I'm not sure how they computed it. The next shift I worked it's been over 24 hrs and the app still hasn't updated it. It's useless, I've had payactiv for yrs and it worked from the beginning and is amazing. I will be encouraging my employer to look into payactiv as an option.
if I could give zero stars..THAT WOULD BE MY TRUE RATING! I have spoken to customer serv several times and have yet to receive a physical card by mail .now I feel it's a scam and that they will NEVER SEND MY CARD so that they can continue to charge me the $3+ to transfer to my debit card . CS recommended that I have my paycheck direct deposited to the card..I explained That I won't do this until I actually have CARD IN MY HAND. we keep going round and round. NO CARD AFTER 2mos.!!
Not only have they taken $350 for a $101 overpayment. they also keep trying to overcharge me for using the DailyPay Card. im trying to make a purchase for $23. my card is declined because the charge says $28. Its not from thr merchants side. it is from daily pay. they are a scam. Do Not Use Them. P.S. I have already emailed them and was just apologized to over and over and told nothing could be done.

Beg your employer to find a different app. It's been paying the restaurant I work for a day late for over 2 months and refuses to fix it. They also lie a lot.
its been many times my daily pay doesnt update the next day and none of their workers have answers as to why. they just read a prompt off their screen they say the same answer with no solutions. playing with people's money is bad business.
Id rate thos a 0 if i could. The customer service for this app is a joke. if you have an earnings delay, which happens often, don't bother reaching out for help. you'll just be told to wait 36 hours and call back. It's supposed to be DAILY PAY, not 3-day-wait pay. at that point id just wait for payroll. (negetive) -5/5 stars.

I have never had a problem w recieving my dailypay 3 hours after being at work, today. I'm at work and haven't had a chance to look 4 hours later and my daily pay is not there still so I called them and I have to call them three times and they tell me that it will take up to 24 hours they would not let me talk to a manager and they still won't let me talk to a manager and as soon as I started recording. they said they have to disconnect the call. but they can record us. (SMH)
Customer Service is a joke. I spent over 45 mins on the chat with Tashreeq and they only answered my question after 10 to 15 mins per response. I left my job and they sent my final pay to a card. Instead of my bank account which I did not authorize, and now it's screwed my bill's up and i'm trying to track down where my pay went.
I work for a large publicly held company tried work email their main corporate line and the other option can't find the company 🤦♂️ maybe use a better database
App just doesn't work. Tried to verify myself and it kept saying "error" Closed the app, reopened it and when I tried to log in it threw me right back to the sign in screen.
The type of work I'm doing has not changed, nothing has changed. I don't care about the deed that my company sends, I work for Kroger, every day I open my app. It says there's a delay in earnings from Kroger every day, wise every day you guys can't fix this between you and Kroger, whatever that's the problem. debit cards are terrible. it tells me my card is expired. it is not. I called. I was told it was fine. this is a very bad experience. however, when you need the money for an emergency, you just have to suck it up and be frustrated.
I can't stop or pull from my planned pay as shown how to do this online. my app does not show this option

This is the worst app I have Ever downloaded and used because of the way a representative left out some important information regarding my last transaction before I closed my account permanently! Instead of the supervisor rectifying the situation to make me satisfied, they kept saying how sorry they are that it happened over and over again! I'm done with these kind of apps and never will download one again!!
if you work for tips, they withhold way more than they should.
