Just made an account, used Google to sign in, exited out for a minute and needed to sign in again. I cannot sign in. update 1: still broken. I did try other methods. Update 2: I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, tried both methods available to me, and nothing. There's no error prompt that shows up; it seemingly begins to load whatever happens after logging in, fails, and goes back to the beginning.
this is the biggest trap I've ever found myself in .I would not recommend using it unless you absolutely have to and even then I probably wouldnt
buggy as hell. half the time won't open at all even with uninstklling and reinstalling.

terrible. they can't get their payments together. they constantly cause me to not receive my funds till days after my shift and most the time all them are not there because it shows instead of a full shift I only work .40 hours so I only received $2 of my shift and it's been 48 hours and still have yet receive my actual full amount and it's causing my other shifts to not pay out in full either
they will steal money from you your paycheck will never be what it is do not get this app
This is the absolute worst pay app that's out. If you want to change your phone number, they want your last pay stub? WHY? No, I can tell you everything that's on that account because its my account but you make it so difficult that people refuse to use it! Not to mention the fee if you need YOUR own money.
I have consistently had an absolutely terrible time with this completely broken platform. The one time I could get signed up, they wouldn't validate my employer/employee credentials. I actually just gave up after a while. It's been nearly a year since then. I'm trying again cause I could use the service and it's the only one my employer uses, and despite doing the stupid song and dance for resetting my password (cause I've apparently forgotten), the password reset doesn't work. I can't log in.

User beware. This is a predatory service. Even if it comes directly from your employer, they do not disclose all information unless you go digging. The fees and access to your own paycheck don't seem bad. What they don't tell you is using this service once allows Daily Pay to modify and delete your direct deposit information directly through your employers portal. You will have no control over your own account information. Even if no money is owed for the service. Cancel now if you don't use it!

Terrible. Not worth the hassle would not recommend getting the app cause if you don't have the correct information on you're account then you are SOL nope never again I use to love it when I had for work at Dollar Tree but now nope don't waste you're time. Still not worth the hassle at all don't even attempt to download the app. You're better off just waiting for your full check then wasting your time. Not very happy with the customer service I received

Update 2 yrs later: I had 3 bank accounts linked to the app for SEVERAL YEARS and now they have all disappeared and I have to go through the process of re-adding each one manually. I HATE DAILY PAY!!! original: I only have this app because my company uses it. I would literally use ANY other app or service than this, given a choice. Service SUCKS. I was charged a $5 fee by my bank because of a delay on THEIR end. 7 months and 18 emails later, I finally got my money back.
I would avoid this app as much as possible, especially if you're able to get overtime where you work because they will steal your overtime pay. Do not trust this app. Overall, they will steal your money at every chance they get. Biggest scam app there is. And I have proof.

Daily pay???? Sorry, bad experience. Get your stuff together. Used to update earnings daily. But for reasons unknown, it's more like every 3 days they update earnings. And customer service is trash. No consistency whatsoever.Way behind other company similar to you. Invest in real time technology.

this company stole 250$+ from a paycheck recently, and lied straight to my face saying i didnt have access to that momey, when i went to support the day after my shift ended, asking why my earnings didnt update. tbey werent sure and said it should arrive on payday, which it didnt, and you refused to give me the momey you stole also iv been waiting for support for over a week, i need a refund, im mute, i was told you would give me a supervisor to help refund me, but nobody has tried to help! liar
this app is broken I can't even finish making a profile because it won't let me log back in
I don't know what's going on, but this app has really gone downhill. I need access to the money, but there's multiple days I have worked and not gotten access to the money. It's beyond inconvenient and all customer support tells you is to wait. I used to love this app, but it's gotten really bad these days.
DON'T USE. Money goes missing, holds are put on your account for no reason, and the people are RUDE. Don't waste your time...
If they mess up your pay and overpay you can't access your money until you get paid on an actual payday. What a terrible design.
bugs need fixing
DO NOT USE. unless you absolutely need to. its lowkey almost a scam but legally is legit. You lose a percentage of your pay and the payouts are extremely inconsistent. also it takes weeks for your paychecks to readjust normally if you want to cancel.

App stopped working because it keeps doing updates and not enough room on my phone to keep up with all the updates so now it's inaccessible for me.

I used it years back and it was great. New company and I decided to start off with using daily pay. Its been a week daily pay shows nothing I've contacted them 4 times. No help they just say its my job but it isn't because I see my hours in the time clocking system and app. Its upsetting because the agency I also signed up with offers daily pay, and I would be highly upset if I was not paid the same day I worked. They would just keep sa,ing 1 to 3 days. which is not daily paying anything.
Says my personal number is already in use. And, then to contact support but does not provide a phone number to contact anywhere in the app that i'm allowed to access without a phone number
if I could rate this negative 100, I would! The customer "support" is nothing more than foreigners who haven't a clue what you're trying to explain & simply rattle off the canned responses that make ZERO SENSE! After speaking to support 5 times, NOTHING is resolved and now they're trying to tell be they've escalated the matter and will review it in 2-3 days. BIG FAT ZERO

App always has issues loading and charges too much to instant transfer. Wish my job used a better service.
it's nice to have access to the money I've earned soon after I've worked, until it doesn't work. Lately the app has not been working well. There have been several delays and my checks are being sent to another account. Customer service has given me 3 different answers, and the issue is still not resolved.
I've used the app a couple of years ago and never had a problem. Unfortunately, not this time. I can sign in then a pop-up about my employer comes up. The pop-up won't go away, it's blocking me so that I can't see my information or do anything with my account. very disappointed.
